Our support for democracy must also be exercised beyond our sacred borders. Even if we are victims of political games that have forced us to review our commitment in the Meridian Sea, we do not want to give in to the old spiral of hatred and distrust that accumulated our governments, but, like us who have overcome our differences, we should support those democracies currently under attack by authoritarian regimes.

Therefore, the Tianlong Republic would like to unite its immense economy and production machine, with the equally powerful economy of the Federation, in an unprecedented effort, to start a campaign to send large quantities of war materials, medical supplies and food to be used until returned or destroyed, free of charge to the democratic nations under attack at this time, Radilla and the Republic of Ebria, legitimate government.

Following the blatant hypocrisy of the Federation of Westernesse, it imposes a no fly zone in the Ostveg-Jydsken affairs while dictating it will not recognize the efforts of the Empire to contain the Ebrian civil war via a naval blockade, the Empire of Tarusa hereby declares it will not recognize the No Fly Zone and the essential naval blockade between the two factions of Ostveg-Jydsken, and hereby declares its unweathering support for Queen Maria of Ostveg to use whatever force necessary and the willingness of the Empire to arm her forces to retake the island under the military junta occupation, it is not the place of the Federation that can dictate the fate of your nation as if the only rules that apply to this world are those which it makes itself.

It is clear the intentions of the Federation is to attempt and act as the police force of Gallo-Germania, and its actions only to encourage bloodshed so long as i stands in contrast with the Empire. Emperor Konstantin has been a man whom has made his moves to be of a peaceful nature and every action of his has been to that of continuing the peace established in Wien. The Federation, and its allies, have decidedly attempted at every turn to snub the Emperor and the Empire, and now it will be the Ebrians that will pay in their blood as the Federation decides it seeks to continue enforcing a means of armament of the Republic of Ebria by force if necessary.

All ships attempting to make port in Ebria and Nuoria will stop and allow themselves to be searched, and failure to comply with the orders will result in measures taken to prevent its arrival. Aircraft are completely prohibited from entry into the airspaces, they as well will be considered hostile as its an active warzone and shall be engaged if they attempt to break the quarantine. It is quite simple, those who wish to not comply are those whom wish to bring further death and destruction to the Ebrian people and further escalation of the conflict instead of demanding the withdrawal of foreign forces fighting in the country.

The Empire of Tarusa will take the gloves off if it must and fight this conflict that is being pushed by the Federation and its allies at every turn, it is not what the Emperors actions since taking power have shown is a desire for conflict but turning a page in Gallo-Germania, but if he must, he will not hesitate to fight this war.

TARUSAN BLOCAKDE OF EBRIA

The Federation has prevented further death in the north with it's no fly zone. Meanwhile in Gallia, the Emperor Konstantin and his whore in the puppet kingdom of Csgenia continue to peddle death in Ebria all for their terrorist friend Alfonso who commits atrocity after atrocity on the Ebrian population. Even now, the whore in Csgenia sends her military to kill in Ebria so that she can save face for her failed insertion of troops into Avila, killing Ebrian sailors in a fit of rage for their successful defense of their homes. Never forget it was Tarusa that planted sea mines in the Gothic Sea, promoted the pirate state of the Gutarike and their high seas terrorism, neutralized and made peaceful by the Federation. Yes you may say, these are the crimes of Ivan! But where was Konstantin in all of this? Killing his own people in a petty squabble over who should rule, unhappy with his slice of the pie in Csgenia and then when it suited him, after killing his own people in his brother war, he allies himself to "save" the empire from foreign aggression and invades the Hanseatic States, again we stood up to Tarusan aggression. Even then he was not content to unite his empire with his brother, we have no doubt that the Ivan was murdered by this soulless man.

Now to add further insult to the injuries and terrors these monsters have wrought upon us, they dare say that this blockade is to promote peace, all while they continue to send in weapons and other war materials to Alfonso, who even with all his support makes blunder after blunder. We will not stand aside and attempt to negotiate with these killers, every attempt we have made has been met with a stonewall. Know this tyrants, if you attempt to stop us from aiding our friends in Ebria we shall unleash terrors upon you that your people will never in one hundred generations forget.

Like you, we have repeatedly pursued the path of tolerance even when it was the most difficult, unfortunately these concessions of ours were seen as weakness by the opposing forces. This has led to the birth of a political class that is increasingly dissatisfied with this tolerance of the tyrants. From a group of a few discontented politicians, to a strong presence and intransigence towards our enemies. Tolerance of the barbarity we witness is no longer sustainable, therefore, we are ready to take the field with you in the fight against the tyrants. TARUSAN SUBMARINE INCIDENT

The Federation denies any involvement in the trapping of a Tarusan submarine in the Gothic Sea. Of course as usual the Tarusans have quickly pointed the finger toward us noting our increased naval activity in the area. There has indeed been increased activity in the area stemming from the recently resolved issues between East and West Jydsken. We should also mention that our patrols of the area have been increased ever since last year. Our continued activities are not indicative of any nefarious plotting against the Empire, but we shall not take offense over the accusation. The Federation takes the freedom of navigation of the sea very seriously and we would never perpetrate such a nefarious act. We are happy to hear that the submarine's crew has come out of this ordeal unharmed and we shall investigate the matter of these cables immediately.
