CALLS UPON HUMANITY TO WHOLLY CONDEMN

THE USE OF FIREBOMBS INTENDED for CIVILIAN TARGETS

Was the firebombing of Occitanian cities and civilians not enough? Perhaps the firebombing of Vesper did not mean anything to the wider world beyond Engellkind. But now the world has watched and ignored the firebombing of Ouistreham, Neustria by the Burgundian People's Republic. A coalition of nations called CONPROFOR endorses the leadership who ordered this deadly hellfire.

We are reaching out to the powers that be within CONPROFOR, fellow Domain Nations, and all those who observe from afar to join us in condemning the use of incendiary bombs to maim civilian populations and infrastructure. This should be a basic guideline of a civilized world, guarded by a united front of reasonable powers unwilling to allow this planet to descend into such wanton chaos and destruction.

The inferno of Ouistreham is a shame upon the international community that we in Engellachia shall not soon forget. A standard for warfare is being set by our enemy in which civilians are threatened, violently attacked, and finally murdered painfully in a bomb's hellfire. Please know that if the international community does not respond, that we Engellachians shall consider your states or post-state lost to the chaos of this age and that we will take all precautions to defend our civilian population from your roaming reign of terror.

On this date:13 September 2019 the West Engell Republic of Engellachia pledges to refrain from targeting civilians with incendiary weapons or firebombs.

Will other nations or groups of human organization commit to this basic pledge against firebombing civilians?

Will other nations or groups condemn the firebombing of Ouistreham?

Will other nations or groups seek justice for the deceased and maimed victims of the inferno at Ouistreham?

DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS - STATEMENT

The Continental Republic wonders at what point the Engellachian stooges and shills will condemn absentee mother Engellex for firebombing Vesper and killing thousands of innocents to keep from international embarrassment. This is nothing but an attempt by the illegitimate TAC in Engellachia to present Domain war propaganda as fact, but we are confident the governments of the world will see it as fiction.

    Quote from Dictator Karl Heydendahl,
    Participant in Operation Elkhorn Pierce

"We condemn the use of firebombing tactics against civilian targets in the past, present, and future. Both Militaries and their civilian leadership councils must be held responsible for these terrible acts, and the international community must start becoming outraged at this precedent for modern warfare: every year now a city or two is levelled, a population maimed forever.

May the maimings of Vesper, Ouistreham, and Occitania serve as a warning call for all of you on what is coming. This is warfare, the more I visit the front personally, or see the pictures or videos from afar - it is children dying from infection and getting skin grafts, it is the sound of soldiers from eight nations in a hospital screaming in agony with each other, and it is the maniacal cynicism from those not yet touched by the suffering.

Vengeance sometimes waits for decades or centuries, and the arsons of Ouistreham are no exception. Vesper will remember those who said nothing while it burned, or jeered at her soldiers as they burned and died in defence of Neustrian independence."

Written question from the Charleroi Tribune Review journalist: Niles Gordon

"There is no mistaking that Dictator Heydendahl truly believes that he is fighting for Neustrian independence. However it is no secret that the newly reformed Holy Tiburan Empire considers Neustria as their sovereign territory. Is Dictator Heydendahl and his fellow Engellachians prepared to take on the Empire for Neustrian independence? Are they prepared for Kadikistan's definition of independence of the BPR? At what point is the cost in blood to high to pay for the independence of a country and people not your own?"

"We are condemning the use of incendiary weapons on civilian populations. But take a look, Niles, and I want you to ask your readers at home: does the Socialist World Revolution end with Neustria? Neustria is the picture of anarcho-tyranny, where the heels and toes of Europe's perverse ideologies compete in a deadly jig. If this small nation cannot be free from socialism, can we in Engellachia?

The Dictator met with BPR leaders at the outset of this conflict, asked them to sign an agreement to avoid targeting civilians with military munitions, but the Burgundian General von Goltz refused. We are making every effort to avoid further suffering, the door to diplomacy has been open from day one, but our enemies in the Burgundian People's Republic are inspired by foreign influences to continue to rape a free Neustria."

"The Dictator condemns the delegationist tendency to deploy weapons of mass destruction such as gas, napalm and cluster ammunitions against innocent civilian populations and is steadfast in his belief that these tools of terror are integral aspects of the callous delegationist disregard for human life displayed during the prosecution of their criminal wars."

    - Kana Suzuki, Speaker for Dictator Hayabusa during a Q&A when asked about the WER diplomatic initiative

Eiffelland-Retalia is one of the CONPROFOR nations. However, let it be clear that we do not condone the type of inferno that we saw in Ouistreham. CONPROFOR is a peacekeeping force; the atrocity inflicted upon Ouistreham goes against the principles upon which CONPROFOR was grounded.
We strongly condemn the carpet bombing of Ouistreham. Having seen the Serenien napalm attack against the Occitanian city of Viasinde last year, having seen the consequences of the Serenien poisonous gas attack against Occitanian soldiers last year, and now having seen bombing of Ouistreham, we join the governments of Vesper and Touzen in a pledge against military attacks on civilians.
We consider the carpet bombing of Ouistreham a serious war crime and a serious crime against humanity. Justice is needed, in whichever form.
We offer to help the maimed victims of the attack on Ouistreham with revalidating. The Eiffelloretalian biomedical institutions have extremely extended knowledge and experience on treating victims with burning wounds, including plastic surgery to cure even the largest scars possible. We are also able to help people who lost limbs or parts of limbs with revalidating and learning to use prostheses, can reconstruct faces and can heal lungs damaged by the fires, when needed by means of lung transplants.
