FOR INTERNATIONAL DISSEMINATION
THE OFFICE OF THE DIRECTOR OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS

DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS, 122 KARLSTAD STREET,
Charleroi, Clarion, C.R.S., 35322-2334

The Continental Republic has always been committed to freedom of the seas and the safe passage of all law abiding civilian vessels of all nations and anti-nations. While the Long Sea is not a vital part of Sylvanian trade and security we understand how instrumental this waterway is to the stability of the global economy. This is why we are happy to find ways in which we can cooperate with the community of nations in making the Long Sea safe for civilian vessels. We are also heartened to know that Engellex sees Sylvania as a potential partner for Long Sea security. We will begin to examine ways for which the Department of the Continental Navy can make resources available for cooperation with the Office for Detection, Emergency Interdiction and Security.

GOGMAGOG to Join Navy on Monday
Gogmagog, Kormoran, and Asgapard to be Handed Over

Hammersmith, NoCRER - Republic Naval Council sets April 22 as date for delivery of the three Gogmagog-class aircraft carriers to service of the Republic Navy.

The Engellexian Republic aircraft carriers Gogmagog, Kormoran, and Asgapard, achievements of the Naval Shipbuilding Program and constructed by a consortium of Hammersmith East Dockyards Company (ETC) and Henrietta Shipbuilders (EHTC), will be commissioned at their respective navy yards on Monday afternoon, and officially deliver them to the Republic Navy.

The commissioning of the Gogmagog will be unlike the usual formalties experienced in recent decades when a warship becomes part of the Engellexian Republic Navy, in that the ceremony will be a symbolic and well attended national event. The Gogmagog, the lead ship of her class and namesake, will take over flagship status and role from the ERN Tempest's Heart within the Hammersmith Admiralty, and the Engellexian Republic Navy. The Gloriana-class carriers have been in service with the navy since the 1970's and, coupled with the recent passing of the late Lord Protector and the interest he himself invested politically in the extraordinary program, would see an era defining moment, even minor, in this transition.

Vice Admiral Camina Bergne, the Second Lord of the Hammersmith Admiralty, has made every necessary preparation for the event in Hammersmith, for it to be memorable and appropriate. Northern President Anne Siward, Southern President Seraphina Underwood, and Governor Mathelda Ajogo will be present at the ceremony. It is expected that both the Northern and Southern Presidents will inspect the Gogmagog in Hammersmith, which has been declared to be one of the finest built warships in the world.

In Elephant, SoCRER, the Kormoran will be commissioned and delivered in a ceremony attended by the Lord Guarantor of the Engellexic Thaumantic Company. The event on Monday will see the ERN Typhoon's Eye, presently undergoing orders for the Ottalina Sovereignty, be taken over as the flagship of the Elephant Admiralty under a respectful service from Admiral Ebenezer Arkwright, the First Lord of the Elephant Admiralty. The Asgapard will be similarly delivered on Monday in Henrietta, to the Henrietta Admiralty by Admiral Victoria Cobham, the First Lord; it, too, will assume flagship status and role within her respective admiralty, from the ERN Whirlwind's Scream which is presently on operations in the North Thaumantic; the Lord Guarantor of the Engell-Himyar Trading Company will be attending Henrietta.

When the three aircraft carriers are delivered to the Engellexian Republic Navy, the Naval Shipbuilding Program will have reached a definite point of progress. The Republic Naval Council has not officially released confirmations of construction completions and commissioning into the public domain, but it is publicly understood that both the Engellexian Republic Parlement and the Republic Navy are satisfied with the pace and estimations of the program to date. Alongside Gogmagog, Kormoran, and Asgapard, a second schedule of Gogmagog-class carriers are due to have keels laid, bringing a total of six warships of that class within the Republic Navy, completely replacing the older Gloriana-class; Gogmagog carriers are also in service within the Confederated Republic Navy.

Additionally one amphibious assault ship; one amphibious command ship; two amphibious transport docks; one dock landing ship; nine attack submarines; two cruisers; twenty-three destroyers; seventeen frigates; one mine countermeasure vessel; and three-hundred-thirty-six strike fighter aircraft are included within the program, sustaining hundreds of thousands jobs throughout, and the position of the First Republic as the global leader in shipbuilding.

We heard about the news of the new Gogmagog class aircraft carriers. We are asking ourselves if you are looking for new planes to use from these aircraft carriers. We would like to point your attention to our newest plane, the . This plane excels in all possible kinds of tasks a fighter plane should be able to carry out. Strictly speaking, it is not a multirole plane but an omnirole plane. We also deliver it in a version that can start from an aircraft carrier, only at the expense of 300 kg extra weight and one hardpoint less (from 14 to 13).

UNIMAGINABLE CATASTROPHE MEMORIAL
First Republic Attends Memorial in Two Kingdoms

Hammersmith, NoCRER - Northern President Anne Siward and Southern President Seraphina Underwood were in attendance, and representative of the conciliatory and embracing spirit of the First Republic toward and with the West Engell Republic, at the memorial service for the Unimaginable Catastrophe, in the Two Kingdoms.

Invited, they stood and knelt in respect, solidarity and friendship with the Engellachian Prime Minister Edwin Grafton, having exchanged bouquets of roses and a wreath for marked respects at the Lord and Lady Peace Obelisk.

A thoughtfully solemn occasion that was sensitive and kindly conformed to the cultural expectations of Engellachians in times of mourning, remembrance, appropriately respectful, for the people of the West Engell Republic were undeservedly dealt difficulty and terror. For the First Republic, it was timely for an emotional expression that had the appearance of seeming correct, in respect of wider cultural normative traditions of death, though entirely sincere in its understanding and grief. In being correct, the Northern and Southern Presidents acknowledged that confession to being challenged on how to process and proceed in respect of an event so unusually uncomfortable that it, without thought or difficulty, conjures many times more questions than it does answers.

In the future years to come, there may be a shared discovery of an ability and ease to the deconstructing of the myths that persist, permitting us to grasp honest opportunities for our own education, and be arbiters to our own and shared recent history. Hopeful of what might be then, we cannot be too keen as to overlook the defining sentiment of the memorial service of today: resentment is corrosive, and we hate it. What the occasion demonstrated was beyond the narrow interpretation of tragic memory realized in great difference, it was the wider recognition and commemoration of the greater similarity, our being Engellkin, an Engellachian term that has found improved relevance and usage since.

Across social media citizens of the First Republic engaged the subject imaginatively, perhaps not quite delicately, in a collective and colourful review of Engellkin, and the wider Engellsphere. They explored the character of Engellachians, her people and culture, in a celebratory perspective that understood the depth of exchange between our two peoples, provoking many to openly question the wisdom and ability of politicians, both sides of the North Thaumantic, in their allowing the Unimaginable.

Unexpectedly, the Siward Malamute found itself the unwilling mascot for Engello-Engellachian togetherness. The national breed of the First Republic arrived to our shores many centuries ago and was adopted by the Siward family, with the breed originating in present day Engellachia. Proudly, millions shared photos of their dogs, having declared the Siward Malamute the Lord Mugwamp of Engellkin.

MEXPO GALA 2019
The Engellexian Season Kicks Off with Mexpo Gala in E&C

Elephant & Castle, SoCRER - Through the fog of impoverished fancy and impossibility of the monomaniacal, the insouciant glimmer of the First Republic shines like a vaudeville performer of Ziegfeld Follies on Broad End. Should fashion not quite sustain the great ideas that are routinely and willingly attached to it - an opinion that periodically inspires fashionably critical contrarians to proclaim that it's not such a great deal in the greater scheme of European occupations - it nonetheless remains the liveliest, and most imaginative presence within the First Republic. The Deco extravagance of our vulgar Civilization might not have their lusting gaze, and only inspire ever a dilapidated formality, but the First Monday of May arrived, walloping us all intentionally with the howling excesses that our insatiable selves demand.

The best way to interpret the big and noise of the Engellexian Season - and despite what may be said in disapproval, it's pleasure and eminence - is to put aside whatever ideological agenda you are tempted to bring with you. It is granted that that is not so easily done. Elephant and Castle has accumulated a heavier burden of cultural significance than most nations could easily bear; a roaring racket eased beneath the dizzying corruption of interwoven Art Deco and Gothic Revival that soars above, consuming every suggested era of debauchery to a tumultuous applause enough to unnerve and uproot most Other Societies.

Hosted by Lady Evangeline Astor, Countess of Canarsie, and Lord Ezra Fairbanks, Baron of Battery Broads, Society was ushered into Elephant and Castle for the gild and sparkle of the Metropolitan Exposition of Art's Costume Forum gala - the Mexpo Gala, or, as you hear it, the Mecco Gala.

Europe's biggest night for fashion was a hurtling overflow of the Republic's high society pressed to the simultaneously invigorating and exhausting beat of our New Jazz Age, swaddled in the visual pop and frenetic opulence of interpreted Camp, leaving us, all, captivated and repulsed by the illimitable variety. Curated by Jimmy Byron Dean, the Costume Forum's new exhibition, Camp: Europe Take Notes, was the ordered celebration of the evening, requiring the campiest ensembles for the pink carpet. We were not disappointed, with everyone looking like a million bucks in the splendid costumes by Europe's most accomplished designers.

I want to wake up like this tomorrow, spoke Greta Lamarr, a mood for the Mexpo.

(Aristi) de la Fiallo! The Thaumantican-Aurarian fashion designer. Incredibly inspired, they truly succeeded in creating something magical, I can feel it, and I do not want to take it off, Greta Lamarr. The 51-year old singer from Mary-le-Bone demonstrated her red carpet domination, glistening in a beaded bodysuit of rose gold, and a vast feathered headpiece with hundreds of glittering crystals. Admire this beading, and my wingspan, there is a feeling to soar! I promise you, I shall not try to. Greta Lamarr, whose costume was described as a homage to the Broad End performers and starlets of the 1940's, was not alone in serving symbolic drama and timelessness from the Golden Era of Sonnydale in an interpreted extravaganza of camp.

Lord Alphard Hamilton and Lord Elphard Hamilton, the twin sons of the senator Lady Minerva Hamilton, Marchioness of Bissee, sparkled and shone in matching jumpsuits, by Mallory Mallory. Alphie of black with gold tracing, and Elphie of white with silver tracing, were accompanied by their partners Lord Charlie Thompson and Lady Margot Dugard, respectively. Lady Eugenia Osbert Somnolen, the Duchess of Osrhoenesee, attended with her husband, Lord Renweard James Somnolen, the Duke -. ; the senator seared the red carpet in a show-stopping orange feathered and diamond-embellished dress by Elio Guada, the Retalian fashion designer. Lord Gondulphus Rutledge, Baron of Samosatawk, the youngest, at 28 years of age, member of the Southern Congress and son of Lord Aristobulius Rutledge, Duke of South Commageneca, and a member of the Southern Congress, attended with his partners Lord Garberend Gothstein and Lady Hisana Gee. The young baron that is regularly seen and heard within the Southern Congress donning a three-piece suit, body chain and cane, opted for a white three-piece with a gold body chain and an enormous custom headpiece of gold and diamonds, a reference to an iconic look by legendary actress Rosamonde Taylor.

From outside the First Republic actors and actresses, important names from the world of Sonnydale and beyond, were equally welcomed on the red carpet. Courtesy of Clarenthian actor Caedmon Hartwell the carpet tripped and spun in the presence of his dramatic and intoxicatingly strange theatre. The actor was tailored in a chic Murbarry suit, with train, and jewelled corset, and a mesmerizing beat; achieving a viral visual with a kaleidoscope five eye optical-illusion concept fully realized by the skilled hand, and painstaking endurance, of makeup artist Gok Choi. Odelyna Burbidge, also from Clarenthia, attended along with fellow actresses Arianna Vesplander, from Engellachia, Abbie Ivey and Cherish Andrews, from the Confederated Republic. Donald Carruthers, the Engellachian actor, was also a notable attendee.

Private Moments || Elisabeth Martinique
The six senior leaders of the Communist Party sat around a circular table in between sessions of the Commissariat. "Have you seen the latest pictures from this Mexpo rubbish? What a waste." The firebrand Alexandre Renaudierre had said all of a sudden.

"Oh, my, I never took you to be the sort to care much about the fashion pages," Elisabeth quipped.

"Thank God we are Marxist," Sylvestre Choiseul managed to squeak.

A murmur of approval amongst the six of them. The bell rang inviting the members back to the Commissariat hall.

Market analysts have noted that preliminary rating figures for televised coverage of the MEXPO GALA 2019 surpass previous years by a substantial margin, meeting and exceeding the goals set for the present campaign for guided media engagement. Preliminary figures for prime time broadcast come to an 18.8 household rating/24 share, representing the most watched, and therefore profitably successful broadcast since the heyday of three network media in the 1950s. Similar findings have been gathered in relation to celebrity culture and variety shows for premium television networks.

Recommendation is that findings for this campaign be extrapolated and implemented in all other cultural narrative defining and forming broadcasts, immediately.

We would be much obliged if the First Republic could donate the disposed of garments and items used in the Mexpo Gala. The Office would be more than willing to repurpose these items into more practical wear for refugees and displaced civilians.
