Despite the best efforts of the Eiffellander car industry and government, Folxmashin has emerged as one of Europe's most recognisable automobile brands and widely praised for the high quality design and manufacture of its models while remaining competitive and accessible on pricing.

Headquartered in Amstov with facilities throughout the People's Republic of Polesia, Folxmashin is looking to grow its international presence through regional offices and exclusively own-brand dealerships.

Folxmashin is a joint state-worker owned enterprise with foreign and private ownership forbidden although the firm is permitted to enter into joint ventures with foreign governments and companies.

Folxmashin doesn't publish financial, manufacturing or any other public trading updates, which have been deemed state secrets due to the company's strategic role in the Polesian economy and risk the numbers could encourage Eiffellander legal action. The identities and locations of many senior Folxmashin executives are kept hidden for similar reasons.

Folxmashin strongly denies the allegations its products violate the intellectual property of any overseas car manufacturers.

Legal for sale, although not easy to source with only one dealership that has an inconsistent supply and sometimes wildly inconsistent pricing. Although routinely cheaper to purchase over Eiffellander vehicles and thus attractive to buy, maintenance can be pricey as typically Eiffellander parts are sourced to make repairs. As Eiffellander vehicles have a reputation for being overpriced in Pohjanmaa compared to the domestic or cheaper to maintain Sylvanian, Ambrosian, Touzenese, and Low Gallian competition this can also make Folxmashin a bit unattractive to buy as well. — that said, when possible Folxmashin parts are sourced for repairs in Eiffellander vehicles as well and the sale of these parts and cheap repair of Eiffellander cars at the one dealership is how it easily stays in business.

Folxmashin in summary, is rare to find in Pohjanmaa except near the capital city region where it has become a niche car among leftist hipsters and within the tuner car scene that desire some of the raw Eiffellander-like performance and pay a fraction of the cost. The parts business is where the biggest impact is seen.

Barred from import and sale due to relations with Rurikgard Pact governments. Sylvania does not recognize the People's Republic of Polesia. The Breckenridge Administration has signed a law into place forbidding Sylvanians from doing business/investing or otherwise dealing with businesses operating in Pact and Pact adjacent countries.

Barred from import and sale due to copyright infringements. Entering the country with a Folxmashin car leads to a confiscation of the car and a fine of 5000 Unionsmark.

The Eiffelloretalian car industry will continue to prosecute against the sale of Folxmashin cars all over the world. A complaint against the Folxmashin dealer in Pohjanmaa has been filed.

Nedernesia does not place import tariffs or duties on any products from any country. Private automobiles, however, can only be purchased if the owner is in possession of a Certificate of Entitlement, which is a document issued via auction once a year by the Land Transport Authority. The highest price paid in 2020 for a CoE was 900,000ƒ (about 100,000€M). A 200% VAT is also levied on all private cars. Thus, private car ownership is very rare in Nedernesia. The CoE and high VAT on cars are both used to encourage usage of public transport to prevent traffic congestion in and around Vrjpoort. Rural communities on outlying islands of the archipelago can apply for partial exemptions.

Import and sale of Folxmashin cars has been placed on indefinite hold by Commerce Nedernesia pending alleged breach of intellectual property law after complaints from the Eiffelland-Retalia embassy in Vrijpoort were filed.

Banks, lenders, legal firms, accounting firms, consultancies, etc. are not barred from working with Folxmashin, but do so at their own risk if it is determined by Commerce Nedernesia that the Polesian company has indeed infringed copyrights and stolen intellectual property.

Folxmashin receives the same ability to sell on the Asterian market as any other car brand. Due to relative lack of capital in Asteria, Folxmashin will perform better than other, more expensive car makers, particularly among citizens wanting to look like they drive affluential cars yet at an affordable price.
