Travel Advice

At the Foreign Relations & Trade Office we have most update travel advice for Citizen in order to make accessing and understanding information we publishes easier, we have a traffic light system in place alongside more information.

GREEN: No restrictions but we request that all citizens following local customs & laws also it is ultimately up to the public to find out latest immigration information.

ORANGE : Due to our own assessments of the country's current environment, we have cautioned against travel due to civil disorder, natural disaster or threats of terrorism. Those who come back from countries might face questioning from the Border Protection Agency when going through points of entry.

RED: All but essential travel is allowed to countries, we would put a country in Red when there is extreme civil disorder happening, natural disasters that has taken out the country's core infrastructure or the Commonwealth Security Services believes a terror attack is immediate.

Unless you have a valid Commonwealth Passport you would be refused entry at the border and will face questioning by the Border Protection Agency at points of entry.

Dear counterparts,

Upon receipt of your red notice the RVMP ran the details of the above warrant through our Vrijpoort and colonial database. Our colleagues at Immigration and Checkpoints Authority informed us that a one Mr Owein Lewis was registered as having crossed the Tulip Land Checkpoint from Bajororzag into Vrijpoort early last week.

Further records with the relevant authorities in Vrijpoort indicate that Mr Lewis is owner of a flat in the Greenpark North district and is most likely residing there. Undercover officers have been dispatched to the location and will attempt to locate Mr Lewis and, if found, make an arrest.

At this time Mr Lewis' bank accounts and assets in Vrijpoort remain unfrozen unless further details of his alleged criminal wrongdoing are brought to our attention to warrant such freezing.

We will endeavour to keep our friends in the Commonwealth Police Service apprised of our operations relating to Mr Owein Lewis.

A internal inquiry carried out by the Ministry of Domestic Affairs is currently under the way, I cannot comment on the time scale of said inquiry or whether it will be made public.

Both of their bodies have been released alongside two death certificates.

It is with with extreme concern that we have to send this message, but the time has come, in our hearts and minds, to put an end to an exercise in colonialism, which has seen no sane episode, be it from the point of view of the Cyrenian people living in the island of Erinia, be it from the ones living on the mainland, or even from the point of view of the taxpayers of Prydain, which have seen themselves that the island has never been and will never bee feasible economically by itself, in its current form, as an isolated administrative division, so far from the Manx metropolis, yet so close from the rest of its family, but isolated from it.

At the same time, we also understand its importance from a military perspective to the Manx government and Commonwealth and thus we are open to negotiate and compromise. It must be understood that this proposal of ours, comes as offering a way out to the Manx government, as the Cyrenian government is under intense pressure and now it is supported by the Pelasgian Empire too in this endeavour. We thus offer an open hand to the Manx people so that they can still see our peaceful intentions, even if it must also be understood that the same hand can carry a big stick.

We are coming up with the following proposal for the fate of the island of Erinia and the city of Nea Polis:​

• The island of Erinia and its capital, Nea Polis, together with the towns and villages are to come under the administration of the Cyrenaic Empire, effectively ending the Manx domain over the island.​
• The naval base by the village of Akrotiri, 5km north-west of Nea Polis, will remain Manx sovereign territory, offering a naval base and a remnant of land on the island to the Commonwealth.​
• Manx residents on the island will be given permanent residence and they are given the option to take the citizenship exam to gain a Cyrenian citizenship.​
• The island will become a safe heaven for Manx citizens, which can continue to come visa free to the island, but will need to apply for a visa in Nea Polis, should they want to take a ferry or a plane to the mainland.​

We believe that this is a most generous agreement that will manage to keep the current privilege of the Manx people in regards to the island and also give equal rights and defend the interest of the Cyrenians. Should this not go through, there is no promise that the Christmas dispute will not escalate.

I have been directed by the Prime Minister to start a dialog with the Cyrenian government over starting the process of facilitating a smooth transition of ownership of the Commonwealth Protectorate of Erinia which will be sealed by a referendum where Cyrenian citizens registered as Island residents can take part in.

For your information in order to gain Island residency , Cyrenian citizens must have continuously lived & worked on the Island for eighteen months. The referendum will be open to all Manx citizens that are registered to vote for the Island's local council elections.

The goal of this government is to end decades of bad blood and create a bright future for those that call Erinia their home.

The People's Republic of Cyrene is happy with this proposal and accepts it if and only if, there is a change that will show respect towards both sides and not open Pandora's box with fraud and artificial voter registration.

We ask for the Manx citizens eligible to vote to have the same condition as the Cyrenian ones, namely that to vote in the referendum, they need to have proof of at least eighteen months of residence within the island. In the way it is written now, the Manx government can simply bring in from the northern mainland citizens on the island and register them for the vote, turning the table artificially.

We hope that good relations between the People's Republic and the Commonwealth continue and that both sides continue to treat each other with respect, despite the recent issues.

We believe the situation in Gothic Sea requires a coordinated approach from the international community due to the serious ripple effect from the reduced access to major shipping lanes that carry a vast amount goods essential to millions around the world.

Due to this we believe a international monitoring station should be created, the government of Prydain suggest that one of our four joint naval bases should be used for the station which will arrange and monitor shipping corridors. This will reduce uncertainty that is plaguing international supply chains.

Thanks to our century long history of non-alignment this hopefully will ease any tensions that may rise from presence of security or defence services from non-Gothic Sea nations while understanding the negative effects that the current situation is having on the international community.
