STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNIQUÉ
FROM: Marshall Sergei Moravscik, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party, People's Federal Socialist Republics of Kadikistan
TO: Hricenko Nadjlukač, President of the Republic of Ruthenia-Galicia
SUBJECT: Information

Most Esteemed President,

It is our duty as respecting neighbours to inform you that the Revolutionary Armed Forces of the Kadikistani Union will take military action against the rogue state of Trivodnia which has destabilized our region for too long. In taking this action we will conduct military operation in the proximity of Galicia's border with Kadikistan. We wish to inform you that these military actions are directed against the Rogue State of Trivodnia and Trivodnia alone. There is no need for anyone in Ruthenia-galicia to fear their Kadikistani friends for as long as they do not interfere with the war efforts of the Union.

Upon the inevitable defeat of the Trivodnian state and its armed forces we are eager to work closely together in order to resolve the border disputes in favour of our brothers and sisters in Galicia.

Signed,

Marshal Sergei Moravscik
First Secretary of the Kadikistani Communist Workers' Party
People's Federal Socialist Republics of Kadikistan

CONFIDENTIAL RESPONSE TO THE KADIKISTANI'S COMMUNIQUÉ

From: Hricenko Nadjlukač, President of the Republic of Ruthenia-Galicia
To: Marshall Sergei Moravscik, General-Secretary of the People's Federal Socialist Republics of Kadikistan

Our most respected Secretary,

It is crucial to firstly apologize about the delay of our response. As the situation has evolved quickly, we were not in the ability to convey a satisfying message. If an information has to be transmitted, it is the following one: we will not oppose any force or any blame to the military operation conducted against Trivodnia. The armed forces of Kadikistan can be assured that the Republic of Ruthenia-Galicia will stay neutral in any case.

Solving the issue of the border disputes is welcomed by our country, which results in our thankfulness toward Kadikistan.

Signed,

Hricenko Nadjlukač, President of Ruthenia-Galicia
