Greetings,
I'm contacting you as representative of the Baviêr and Seltôr families to discuss about your company interest in the Bondance corporation.
My clients would like to propose an exchange that would equally benefit all parties.
Since the recovery of Bondance, after the past scandal, has been impressive, the Baviêr family is ready to step back and sell part of its shares, while Siore Faustine Seltôr is interested in obtaining back a significant percentage in exchange of returning back to Bondance part of the packing plants now part of Gnagne Sese.
Cortesan Giuan-Vieri Baviêr has agreed to sell up to 40% of his shares, but will hold on to them until an agreement is reached with your company.

The proposition of the two parties I represent is the following:
Cortesan Giuan-Vieri Baviêr will sell it's 40% shares in two different lots of 20% each;
The Seltôr family will refrain from bidding in the first round, so Notios Foods Corporation will be probably able to acquire them without a problem;
The Seltôr family will then bid for the second round of shares in which Notios Foods Corporation will need to refrain from bidding.

This proposition would assure significant power in the hands of Notios Foods Corporation, that would become the second shareholder by a small margin.
Therefore Baviêr and Saltôr put only one condition for this agreement to be reached and concluded orderly: Notios Foods Corporation SA will announce and put forward the necessary actions to support Gnagne Sese and Bondance sales in the Nobatian, and possibly Himyari, market.

My Clients would accept the proposition on these terms: in order to keep Bondance a Friulian-focused corporation the mezze will be sold in a series of special offers that will repeat throughout the year with the objective of promoting Notios Foods Corporation itself, while the cheeses will be sold in pairs with Friulian cheese and used in special editions of Friulian dishes that have cheese as an element (Frico, for example), with a long-term goal of promoting Nobatian cuisine as a functional element or companion to Friulian traditional food.
I will wait for the final assent from you, or other propositions, and then the process will start.
