OFFICIAL DECLARATION BY THE GOVERNMENT OF GALICH and THE GREATEST TSAR, KRESIMIR IV OF MARINOV

With the recent Ambunktin Massacre at hand, the government of Galich has opened up diplomatic relations to any truly free and responsible nations willing to trade or any nations that hold common goals to the Galich people. If a nation wishes to establish an embassy within Galich, they must abide by the rules and regulations of the following:

-The law of the nation applies within their embassy, but extending it outside into Galich is illegal and will result in the ambassadors being ejected.
-The nation is responsible for its own security on the premises of the embassy, although security forces may be contacted if there is any large breach.
-Any attempt at espionage against the Government of Galich, the Tsar, the Ministry, the people, or any branch of government is illegal. Ambassadors will be arrested if caught attempting to cajole or harvest information from Galich or her people.
-The Galich Ministry of Law is willing to extradite criminals through the system of embassies, only if through the embassy.
-If war is declared between Galich and any nation with an embassy on Galich soil, Galich will seize all of the embassy's assets within a period of 48 hours.

[Central Centralia]

To the Government of Galich and Tsar Kresmir IV of Marinov:

The Democratic Republic of Centralia, on behalf of President Calovva Telnizki and the people of Central Centralia would like to humbly submit a request to Galich and their peoples to establish embassies and diplomatic relations between both countries. In addition, we will send our ambassador chosen to represent Central Centralia in Galich, Pralato Delzioni, to meet with the Government of Galich to formally discuss establishing diplomatic relations. We would also like to send a special gift that dates back to our imperial days, the official gold and sapphire studded crown worn by King Telinio X in 1602, during the days of the now defunct Empire of Central Centralia.

Establishment of Embassy

The Free Cities' League, taking into account the general invitation made by Galichan Government, wishes to establish diplomatic relations through the establishment of an embassy in Glichan territory. We also invite the Government of Galich to establish an embassy in Handelsburg, capital city of the League.
