It is our intention to extend a warm invitation to the Serenierren armed forces to participate in what we hope will become an annual military exercise to enhance the force preparedness of both our nations, review doctrines and forces, test leadership and planning skills, and establish stronger, more cohesive command structures. As allies and partners, I hope you will participate in our inaugural ground forces review: Gallia Custodia Invicta XX

Drills will include maneuver and combat exercises by battalion-sized elements, military operations in urban terrain involving two Aventine Presidential Guard squads opposed by Serenierren special forces, command and control, as well as company-level armored maneuvers and rescue recovery training. GCI.XX will be announced in the coming days, and is scheduled to be held on June 15, 2020.

Honourable Minister Bragadin --- I trust you are well. On behalf of the Military of Serenierre, I accept the gracious invitation to the Gallia Custodia Invicta - XX ("GCI-XX") and confirm that the République Seraziniste shall, indeed, participate in the proposed exercise. I am most appreciative of the serious steps being taken in Remuria to further augment its military capabilities.

As you will be well aware, the Commissariat of People's Deputies has recently approved the disbursement of a sizable defense aid package for Asteria, (850 million livres), and measures such as the one being undertaken under the GCI-XX initiative shall only serve to silence those who doubt the importance of our strategic partnership.

In connection with the exercises, it is also hoped that the Military of Serenierre may also bring forth advisors to help the Asterian Military, should it so desire, and allow our own efforts at bolstering the Asterian military capability to be better studied in Villesen and to assess potential avenues for additional assistance in financial and proactive terms. The strength of the Asterian military remains an important aspect of Serenierre's commitment to its brother state and we hope that our strong bilateral ties shall only continue to strengthen and deepen in coming times.

Your attendance of GCI.XX is greatly appreciated. We will be forwarding the necessary documents to assist you in preparing for the exercise. As well, a representative of the Aventine Presidential Guard will be sent to meet with the appropriate mission planner in your special forces to discuss the nature of the drills. Without going into specifics, the APG has invited your teams to participate as an adversary in a number of scenario's at a classified compound. All personnel in attendance must have secret clearance by your government, and pass pre-screening measures.

Regarding the aid package, I have assurances from our government that it will be accepted in short order, and that a large sum of the package will be distributed to the Ministry of Defense. It is my plan to allocate the spending following the results of our force review at GCI.XX, so as best to ensure our forces are up to date.

Recognizing the close bonds of Serazinism and the necessity to enshrine the rights and freedoms of the Proletariat, I hereby extend an offer for the Dalriadan Federal Armed Forces to participate in armored maneuvers and recovery exercises during GCI.XX. This will require the attendance of a company-level armored unit of your choice, and any necessary logistics, while the exact details of the exercise can be found in the attached documents. Additionally, it is our intention to conduct naval exercises in the future, and would be pleased if the Dalriadan forces would take the time to consider an invitation.

We shall be sending the PNDT's 4th Tank Battalion of the Naval Infantry Division alongside 40 Cadet Officers & 20 Senior Officers as observers.
