Thomas Holenstein appointed as League Chairman

The candidacy of the Wendmarker Thomas Holenstein, who was until recently the Head of the Department of the Economy in the Free State's Government, was met with approval from all of the Member States. Herr Holenstein shall have the task of overseeing the establishment of the League's instruments and the implementation of the Treaty's provisions.

Franken – Germanian League agree accession formalities

The League Chairman and the plenipotentiary delegation from the Kingdom of Franken have concluded the negotiations in Elbebruck aimed at the Kingdom's accession to the Germanian League. Both sides have concluded the talks constructively and the Secretariat has deemed the Kingdom as ready to accede to the League.

The matter shall now be forwarded to the Council to vote and shall require unanimous approval. As per the Treaty stipulations, the Heads of State or Government of the Member States shall meet later in the month in Elbebruck to vote on the Kingdom of Franken's admission.

Council Approves Franken Membership

Elbebruck, Wendmark/Wiese - The Landamann of Wendmark was joined by the Heads of Government of the Wieser Empire, the Kingdom of Danmark and the Kingdom of Eiffelland in a formal session of the Council to vote upon the accession of the Kingdom of Franken to the Germanian League. The motion was unanimously approved and the League Chairman was tasked with finalising the administrative issues relating to Franken's accession upon the ratification by the Kingdom's legislature of the Pressburg Treaty and the appending documents.
