My name is Mirèo de Marsilia-Francisco I. I am the rightful Queen of @East Occitania. I send this broad communique to all governments of Europe who believe in justice & the due process of restoration. Restoration of my Occitan crown & all sovereign rights due unto me.

My father Rex Mercator King Julius Faure, the last legitimate King of East Occitania, was betrayed & as evidence will soon show, murdered by the liar, pretender, & war criminal Caseo de Tote. I was personally violated & victimized by him as well. He violently usurped the crown from my father. Killing thousands of innocent Occitan men, women, & children in the process. I have donned black ever since that day. I will not rest until East Occitania has been liberated from this brutal tyrant. My government will be established in Avalon shortly.

I extend a humble invitation to all governments of Europe who believe in the aforementioned. Come. Send your ambassadors. They will be accommodated swiftly. I also ask for your graciousness in granting my appointed ambassadors embassy stay in your domains. God bless you all.
