@Sylvania has awarded Heydendahl Defense Solutions with over a decade of tax-free status in the Continental Republic, and HDS intends to leverage this opportunity by building medium and heavy-duty trucks after hiring, training, and providing long-term careers for Sylvanian workers at assembly plants.

As Governor of Newnan it has been my job to look after the needs of the people I have overseen the expansion of pro-business policies that have seen unemployment fall to just under five percent. Welcome to Sylvania and hopefully to the state of West Sylvania sometime in the future. My name is Ronald Kerry and as you already know I am the Governor of the great state of West Sylvania. Our state borders the Great White Lake and the Echo mountains. We have a strong tradition of mining and steel making, our top two industries. West Sylvania has been held captive by the market forces that cause the prices of raw materials and metals to fluctuate and so therefore I am reaching out to you to hopefully diversify the industries that call this state home. Our men are hardworking and the women just as much, though we do not have a tradition of car and truck making here our citizens are eager to learn and benefit from the construction of a facility here in our state, primarily in our largest city Twin Echo. Twin Echo does not boast the large populations of the likes of Charleroi, Baldwin-Whitehall or even Tiroe City but we have enough people of working age here to staff a factory of whatever size you are looking to build. We offer ten years tax free from state taxes and already have a plot of land that we feel will be just right. The auto unions do not reach out this far just yet and besides we are a right to work state so our workers are not required to join a labor union should they not wish it. Our land prices are cheap and are negotiable. So please consider our state and people as your new home and neighbors here in Sylvania.

Heydenbilt has chosen West Sylvania State as the site of our largest truck and component plant in Westernesse. Through your testimonial and our research in to the region we are determined to harness the rugged spirit within your state towards creating giant road conquering machines. An expanded and successful truck freight industry on this continent will rely upon the hard work of free small town drivers, free market inspired politicians such as yourself, and employers willing to stand up to unions bosses and commodity merchants all the same.

When we discuss a decade or more of tax free status towards all tiers of government: we will assure future employees that our commitment to this plant will be generational. Money saved through tax exemption will be re-invested in employee retirement indexes, children's college or trust funds, or provided at a lower rate as a simple cash bonus. This is our load to bear as a company inspired by turn of the century motor companies, yet aware of the meddlesome nature of union, commodity, and government tax regulation authorities.

The success of the Heydenbilt Truck will depend on the craftsmanship and work ethic of West Sylvania State.
