To the Principality of Lassisse
The Grand Duchy of Retalia sends her regards to the Principality of Larisse and, following the preliminary discussions between our mutual representatives, suggests the following plan of action to be put into place between our two nations:
1) A trade compact to boost mutual investments and reduce the barriers and tariffs on trade, to increase the flow of goods over the Retalian Sea between our two nations, a relaxation of the visa regime
2) Increase in cultural exchanges between the Grand Duchy of Retalia and the Principality of Larisse, which would include student exchanges, relaxation of the visa regimes between the two countries to increase leisure travel
3) Closer political relations, a commitment to support and protect each others sovereignty and independence in the face of third parties
The Grand Duchy of Retalia is interested in mutually beneficial cooperation and good neighbourly relations with her neighbours over the Retalian Sea and hopes to see this as a continuation of the long history of friendship between our two countries.
