Red Alliance Political Office​

Located in Westhaven, Havenshire, this flagship office is a branch of the Hongmenghui, known as the Red Oath Society or Red Alliance, a Communist party within Yujin. This office functions similar in duty to that of an embassy, permitting the liaising of Red Alliance foreign affairs personnel with friendly nations. Services provided to Yujiner include: Red Alliance membership applications, Yujiner worker council organization, donation collection, refugee status information, temporary refugee assistance, and other political services. Services provided to third parties include: diplomatic communiques, cooperative financial and economic planning, the promotion of comradeship and solidarity, and strategic assistance coordination.

The Red Alliance seeks to promote unity, harmony, and equity for Yujiner's, and establish Yujin as a modern nation-state alongside the international community, and work in conjunction with our partners and friends to forge a brighter future for the people of the East. The Red Alliance denounces the Imperial regime of Yujin as an illegitimate and oppressive organization which seeks to undermine national unity and attack its own people for the benefit of the absolute dictator and monster of the East, Xiong Qirui. Furthermore, the Red Alliance disavows aggressive conflict and seeks to combat only injustice against the People of Yujin.

As a Communist organization led by the esteemed leader Wu Jindiao, the Red Alliance aspires to establish a People's Republic of Yujin, granting power to the voices of the People and seeking a democratic system adhering to socialist economic principles. This system will be achieved through universal suffrage and popular membership in inclusive People's Councils, providing ordinary people with an opportunity to participate directly in a government designed entirely to represent, protect, and serve its People.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

The exemplary Kyivan People's Revolutionary Republic is but one of many vanguards of the global proletariat, a model marching forward bearing the crimson banner of the People. The Red Alliance seeks to follow in the footsteps of its comrades around the world, but we are hindered in our efforts by the Mezhist devils who provide economic and military support to the illegitimate Emperor. Without the aid of the Mezhist Union, the Imperial government would likely have met a very different fate than it has today; however, such is not the case. With Mezhist assistance, forces loyal to the Monster of the East have launched an offensive against the city of Liangang; our attempts to resist their advances have been met with sheer brutality, and a refugee crisis is likely imminent for the impoverished and famished north.

The Red Alliance has, however, launched a widely successful campaign in the Seoran peninsula to liberate the proletariat there, and to establish an independent worker's state. With the assistance of our Havenite allies, we expect the peninsula to be secured by the end of the month. Havenshire, however, has it's own problems and is unable to assist in the reconstruction of Seora - an effort which can benefit both the proletariat within that state and the military efforts of the Red Alliance in its campaign to defend Liangang and liberate Yujin.

It is in these circumstances that we seek to request assistance from the Kyivan People's Revolutionary Republic; aid in the form of production tools necessary to construct small arms, munitions, and provisions factories in North Seora, as well as the purchase of anti-tank and anti-air weapons, tanks, jets, and foreign training assistance. We understand that some of these requests may not be able to be fulfilled; any assistance you can provide for the liberation effort would be greatly appreciated.

Yujin Imperial Government Conducts Piracy

Danbu, Yujin - September 4, 1953 - In an attempt to rally international support against the popular revolution opposed to the murderous regime in Zhenjing, the Imperial government has begun sponsoring privateering groups to operate out of Imperial held ports such as Danbu, Nanchun, and Yingzhou.

The Hongmenghui is currently focusing its efforts in Toyou on establishing legitimate, popular governments in Seora and Mao Province, as well as conducting defensive operations against Imperial forces in Liangang and outlying villages. In support of these operations, our international partners have pledged material aid.

With the Imperial navy decommissioned due to a high occurrence of desertions, due in no small part to a popular revolution within the Imperial navy itself, the Empire is resorting to piracy in a bid to prevent foreign humanitarian aid from arriving to alleviate the plights of millions of Yujiner refugees displaced from their homes due to the conflict. The Hongmenghui wish to once again thank our friends and comrades around the world for their help in liberating the people of Toyou from the oppressive regime in Zhenjing, and we hope that the international community will quickly denounce the Imperial actions at sea and move to act in the defense of the people of Toyou.

The Council of Ministers of the Socialist Confederation of Tyrrhenia sees how the people of Yujin have taken up the arms to fight against the ultra-reactionary and criminal mezhist regime that rules the nation and oppresses the people in all ways imaginable since immemorial times. We wish to congratulate them for that and also thank them for the sacrifices they are undertaking, as their fight serves as an example to the fight of the whole humanity against mezhism and imperialism.

The people of Tyrrhenia wishes to help the people of Seora and the people of Yujin in their fight and send aid for the people living in the newly created People's Republic of Seora, containing food and clothing necessary to survive the nearing winter. For this we would make an appeal to the Seoran Communist Party to help us distribute the aid. The port of Najin would be the place where we have thought for the arrival of the ships loaded with aid.

We understand that the Hongmenghui is in a dire situation after a series of counterattacks from the reactionary Imperial Army. For this, the General Staff have approved the plan "Red Horizons" and have started the preparations to form a voluntary corp formed of engineers, pioneers and trainers to help the Hongmenghui fight for the future of the people of Yujin. For this, the National People's Army have also started preparations for transport of 120 AI-54 tanks and 30 AA guns, to give the people more firepower to fight against the mezhists.

Your contribution to our efforts comes at a most fortuitous time, and this sign of solidarity between our two nations proves once again that the struggle of the East is within the minds of our comrades across the world. We will continue our struggle, and ask that our comrades stand beside us now, and in the future.

2. Imperial air power, bolstered by Mezhist support, is a threat to any advances made by our conventional forces on the ground. We request that the people of Tyrrhenia put their will into providing a solution to this thread to the free Yujiner people. Until such a time as these forces are counter-acted, we can not solidify any gains made.

3. Formal recognition of the People's Republic of Seora was provided by the gracious proletariat of Tyrrhenia, however we feel that a greater understanding of our strategic objectives in Toyou is necessary to further relations between the Hongmenghui and the Tyrrhenian proletariat. As such, we would ask that Tyrrhenia take the brave steps of recognizing the sole, legitimate government of Yujin as existing as the Communist Party of Yujin, and permit a political office to exist as a embassy until such time that the security environment exists to facilitate the exchange of formal embassies.

Wu Jindiao Congratulates Raptis on Victory, Warns Against Imperial Threat

Lianggang, Yujin - March 1, 1954 - Wu Jindiao, leader of the Red Alliance, congratulates his Tyrrhenian counterpart on his electoral victory, but warns him against a premature pull out of the Yujin People's War of Liberation.

"While the Red Alliance recognizes that the victory of Raptis will lead to a more proletarian Tyrrhenia, I must warn Raptis against a premature pull out of his forces in Seora. I do not believe I need remind the Tyrrhenian government that a state of war still exists between the Empire and numerous socialist countries around the world and, if not opposed, the Empire of Yujin will become a force against not only Communism in Toyou, but in the world itself."

"The Red Alliance currently faces numerous assaults and our brave comrades are selling their lives at a high price. For months the Tyrrhenian people have supported us, and have built a sense of proletarian camaraderie achieved nowhere else in the world. It would deeply sadden me if the government of Tyrrhenia were to separate the proletarian bond between our two peoples."

Comrade Wu Jindiao also praised the People's Republic of Seora for its support of the Yujiner War of Liberation, acknowledging the blood price paid by their armed forces. Casualty rates are spiraling upwards as Imperial forces open offensives in three of the cities main districts in an attempt to dislodge Red Alliance forces from the city center. Comrade Wu Jindiao acknowledged that his forces were under intense pressure to hold on to Lianggang, but dismissed speculation that his forces were losing.

"For every one of our comrades that falls, three Imperials will die. These casualty rates are unsustainable, and though they may advance across territory, their strategy is unsound. They may have their small victories today, but the ultimate victory they seek is beyond their grasp. Recognizing the rapidly changing political dynamics within Tyrrhenia, the Red Alliance and its partners are withholding their recognition of your government until a number of important issues can be answered. While we appreciate the furthering of the proletarian revolution in all of its forms, the Red Alliance can not afford to recognize governments whose existence may be contrary to the survival of the Toyou proletariat.

1. Tyrrhenia has been a staunch supporter of the Yujin Liberation War and the successful Seoran Liberation War; the loss of this partnership will critically damage the progress our revolutionaries have made and represent a critical setback in socialism in Toyou.

2. The new regime of Tyrrhenia has spoken of pivoting its attention from the proletarian war of resistance in Yujin to the post-delegationist conflict in Jurchen. Recognizing tensions between Taketoriite rebels and Hongmenghui units within North Yujin, what will these developments mean for stability along and within the Yujin frontier?

3. Acknowledging that the tyrannical regime of Nokanawa continues to oppressively occupy half of the Seoran peninsula, relations between Tyrrhenia and the People's Republic of Seora will naturally be at odds, and as a firm supporter of the Seoran people's socialist future we can not abide by any actions which will undermine the role of the People's Republic in determining the future for the entirety of the Seoran people.

Please acknowledge and respond to the aforementioned grievances in a timely manner so that we may determine the course which Tyrrhenia-Yujin relations may continue. We would be remiss to jump to conclusions concerning events within Tyrrhenia, and as such feel that we should provide your government a courtesy and a moment to address our concerns.

The Red Alliance should have no concern regarding the events taking place in Tyrrhenia. We have reached the most developed stage of socialist development, the way towards communism being now open to us. Regarding the news about the plot, we have managed to fend off a great machination organized by false-communists and fascists and wanted to see the will, freedom and power of the Tyrrhenian people destroyed. The fascists were arrested and the Free Territory is now safe from reactionary aggression. We continue to stand and support the Red Alliance and recognize it as the only representative of the Yujiner people, hereby even inviting the Hongmenghui to move their political office to Kastoria. Regarding your concerns, we believe that we can easily respond to them:

1. Tyrrhenia will continue their support of the Red Alliance through the supplies that will continue to be sent to the port of Nanjin in North Seora. With the next shipment we will also like to send the new jewel of the socialist engineering, the AT-54 assault rifle and in time another fighter-bomber wing. We hope that the supplies that we have sent until now have managed to help the Seoran people pass through this hard winter.

2.Those were the electoral promises of the Post-Delegationist Alliace, but the circumstances have changed, when Raptis and the CSU framed the elections and tried to destroy the Socialist Republic. The internationalism that animates the Tyrrhenian people now urges us, not only to continue to help our Yujiner allies, but also to support our friends in the Eastern Cape and Boliatur, but also to protect and grant asylum to the left-wing parties that are hunted by the fascistic authorities of their respective nations.

3. Regarding the Seora dispute, we believe that the Post-Delegationist characteristics of the Constitutional State of Touzen give the southern Seorans independence, even if now they are under the protection of the Constitutional State. We believe that the union of the Seoran peninsula must be one of the first goals of the government of Yujin and the Lord Protector of Touzen. But in the current circumstances, with civil wars in both Touzen and Yujin, we believe that this subject is not currently the most important one.

​After convening with the general staff of the Revolutionary Insurectionary Army and the Council of Commissars, we hereby decided that the war in Yujin is actually the most important event that can forever change the geopolitical situation in Toyou and with it influence the way politics are done in Diadokhoi, Gallo-Germania and even Occidentia. The war in Yujin is not a simple civil war, not even a simple revolution. It is an icon. It represents the power a simple man has, that even ancient repressive institutions like the Jade Throne can be destroyed by it. This war represents the victory of the people, over the old establishment. It represents the creation of the world of tomorrow and the success of the revolutionary ideologies like Socialism and Post-Delegationism.

Though Seora has managed to declared its independence and liberate itself by creating its people's government, the fighting continues in Yujin, with the republicans and the imperials still standing in the way of the liberation of the people. For this we decided to do anything that is humanely possible, to hasten the victory of the Hongmenghui and we decided to start a lend-lease program with the Red Alliance. We supply the red alliance with war material, equipment that is to be returned to Tyrrhenia after the war ends. The equipment lost by the Red Alliance members or destroyed in the war is to be payed for by the future Yujiner government after the war ends.

The foodstuff and other essential supplies will continue to come to Seora, but from the next week, the following materials will also reach the Seoran port of Nanjin per week we will try to bring:

• 30x AA tanks;
• 20x IMD-2 medium tanks;
• 10x IMD-3 medium tanks;
• 5x IMD-5 heavy tanks;
• 300x AT-54 assault rifles;
• 700x PM-383 submachine guns;
• 1,300x PSM-40 semi-automated rifles;

After we will update this list after three weeks in which we transported those.
