You Excellencies,

As you might now, the Loagan Bush War may be considered as having already started as the League of Communists is defeating the military government on every front, while the Fante Tribal Union has not accepted any proposition of the Caledonians to form any sort of National Unity Government.

Currently, our both parties are sharing the same ideological values, which can be described by a Gallo-Germanian political analyst as a form of social-democracy. As you know, many, both in the west and east are completely opposed to our political ideals. Out of them all, Kadikistan is the most dangerous, as Marxism-Leninovism, their political ideology greatly supports political sectarianism, going as far as preferring to fight other left wingers rather than fascists. Hence, we must keep their marxist influences away from Himyar and thus we must band together and support and prop up the Fante Tribal Union as it is the only polity that can push the LLC back into the sea.

Thus, I want to offer you a proposition of alliance between our parties, to create a common political platform on which we offer social equity to the people in such an efficient way that we leave the communists without any sort of electoral capital. We must make sure that what happened in Milesia and Calidia will not happen in Himyar and that our half of the continent is also protected from any form of fascism and imperialism.

Your Excellency

I too share your dismay over the situation in Loago.

While I cannot mourn any defeats dealt Tina white racist military dictatorship, the victories of the Communists pose their own problems. The potential for the country to disintegrate into internecine tribal warfare is also deeply concerning.

However we must be mindful of the geopolitical realities, and I must also keep a keen eye on the domestic situation. Therefore, while open to your suggestion of a joint platform, must stress it cannot be interpreted as anti-communist movement.

Since the Seven Day War the Rurikgad Pact is undisputably the major power bloc of our time. The Azraqi Empire shares the Hamar Sea with both Kadikistan and Xinhai, the two leading members of the Pact. Until this day the Empire has had no open quarrel with either nation and I do not intend to be the first Azraqi leader to provoke them.

Meanwhile my coalition partners the Shamo People's Liberation Front and Movement for the Poor and Dispossessed have friends in Kadikistan and Xinhai, and do not look down on Marxism or Leninovism in the same way you or I may do.

These are uncertain times and we must tread carefully.
