We have been promised freedom and democracy. We have been promised liberation. The reality is as farthest as possible from those promises. The Saare people is living in fear. Even now, as we write this declaration, more than 5,000 Saare people are being incarcerated in the Labour Camps in Vendra, digging through permafrost to find nickel and iron to fuel the Kadikistan machine of oppression. More than 2,000 are currently in the arrest of the Revolutionary Guards and another 5,000 will be arrested when the riots in Kuressaare will end. More than 150 Saare have been killed by Marxist-Leninovist forces since the riots in Kuressaare have started and most surely that number will have doubled. We have been lied.
We, condemn the so-called freest elections that took place in Saaremaa. The democracy we had in the kingdom of Saaremaa was by no means perfect, but never have there been such frauds like in the latest elections. We condemn the oppression. We condemn the fraud. We condemn the terror in which the people of Saaremaa has been living in since republics have been proclaimed through a series of military coups d'etat. We condemn the Kadikistani occupation of Saaremaa through the personal thrall of Nikolai Leninov, General Roman Becker. We condemn the continuous Kadikistani interventions in the internal matters of the countries of the Gothic Sea, which first started with the Milesian Revolt, followed by the Calidian separation and now with the whole oppression of the Saare country. The Saare people cannot stand it anymore and the time has come for us to take up arms and to return to fight again for our freedom.
The Germanians have come to Saaremaa with conquest in their minds, we managed to stop them. Then came the Ivernians and we survived. With all that we went through in history, the Kadikistani are just one more chapter in the Saare history and they will enter our history as yet again a people who wanted to conquer and exterminate us and be defeated. More than 10,000 Kadikistani soldiers are to arrive in Kuressaare soon, as Roman Becker, the Thrall, signed out the sovereignty of Saaremaa to Kadikistan. Those 10,000 are here and will be reinforced by many more to replace all Saare officers and to completely leave us defenseless against all their aggressive policies. The Saare people has always been deeply linked with the ideals of freedom and liberty. The time has come for our fight for liberation.
We call for all Saare soldiers from the RIA to desert and to defect to the White Army. From now on, the Revolutionary Insurrectionary Army of Pohjamaad is transformed into the White Army of the North. Imavere is from now on declared a free city and it becomes a provisional capital of the Kingdom of Saaremaa, the free Saare state. We call each for each navy crew to follow the example of the crew of SNS Noita and to leave the Kuressaare docks for Maseru, where they can join the fight for the liberation of Saaremaa. We call for each Saare worker to strike and to boycott all production that will feed the Kadikistani state industries that keep the Gothic Sea under fire. We call for the nations of the whole world to see the realities in the Gothic Sea and to boycott and condemn the government of communist Saaremaa and of the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan. The Prometheist government of Riina Lepp called the nations of the world for countless times to end their relationship with Kadikistan as the savage Ivar regime will never stop for strive for world domination. It all fell on death ears. This time, we issue one last desperate call for you all to end your relationship with Kadikistan. Even if you will not heed our warnings, you should all know, that we will fight and sacrifice ourselves for our freedom and yours. If we stop Kadikistan in the Gothic Sea, we can save countries like Trivodnia, Bourgogne, Eiffelland and others from the fate of Saaremaa, Calidia, Milesia and even Jurzan.
From now on, we declare Pohjamaad as a free province of the Kingdom of Saaremaa and we give a 48 hour ultimatum to the Ivar regime and to their thralls in Kuressaare to fully retreat from the southern region of Saaremaa, Lounamaad and to lift their siege of the St. Isidore Cathedral. We give you all chances to evacuate and to form a government in exile in Kadikistan and if not, you all face generalized revolt and a fight of the Saare liberation that will be catastrophic for all communist nations around the Gothic Sea.
