The recent statement on JNN regarding a new Tiburan Catholic church in Justosia is confusing. How can a Tiburan Catholic bishop be a Tiburan Catholic bishop if he is not in communion and loyal to the Supreme Pontiff of the Holy Tiburan Church?

Tiburan Catholic bishops and cardinals are chosen by His Holiness except in cases where provided by canon law. Regardless of how they are chosen, in order to be in communion with Tibur, one must be loyal to Tiber, otherwise one is not Tiburan.

His Holiness Pope Ioannes XXIII is glad to see that those of his flock in Justosia are able this Easter to once again practice their faith without fear of persecution. In due course, once these points of confusion are cleared up, he will send his sheep a shepherd to see to their needs.

We're just getting word that palace Press Minister Felipe Alejandro said "There's still time for our mother to realize her many abhorrent sins and repent.
