It's time to legalize Socialism & Communism in the empire

An empire does not fear. It claims with righteous & varied forms of force what's due it. Yes an empire does not fear. In continuing to uphold the ban nationale on the principal leftist ideologies of Socialism & Communism, the empire & its (split) government prove it's afraid of the aforementioned.

Did we not fight a conflict & win against these schools of thought? Are we not on rapprochement with Serenierre? This archaic ban coupled with a more solid foreign policy is a messy blight. It's confusing. Justosia has no reason to look tepid against what it has always called the Red Menance. Perhaps it wouldn't be so menacing if it were allowed to simply fail, miserably so. I think we can all agree that would be the outcome. I'm a Nationalist. Confident in this. Let us rob our foreign critics of their critical ammunition against us. Justosia can again lead the way in civil rights here as it has against the Engelkin nations who persecute Christianity so grossly. This while it still proves a bulwark against the more insipid red nations like the Northern Cooperative Unions. Viva Justosia.

The voiding of the treaty of friendship between Eiffelland-Retalia and Justosia has been noted. The ambassador of Eiffelland-Retalia will follow the summoning to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Eiffelland-Retalia. We will reciprocate the 20% tariff on products from Eiffelland-Retalia with a 20% tariff on products from Justosia.

We will continue our support to King Caeso de Tote.

We have already presented the evidence that King Caeso de Tote cannot be responsible for the death of King Julius Faure; the stained dress presented by Princess Mirèo cannot be anything else but a falsification. We have already indicated the possibility that somebody disguised as King Caeso de Tote committed the crimes he is accused of by Princess Mirèo. We do realise that she went through horrible moments, but condemning and sentencing somebody who is innocent of the crimes committed to her and her father cannot be considered reparation for what she went through. Even worse, it will be more frustrating to know that the real culprit is still enjoying a free life or cannot be sentenced any more when the innocence of the previously sentenced suspect has become certain.

Finally, absence of evidence is crucial in a legal trial, at least in Eiffelland-Retalia. A suspect can only be sentenced based on evidence that he or she committed the crime. The feeling of certainty that the suspect has committed the crime can never be the only basis for a conviction in case of lack of evidence, no matter how frustrating that is.

The Human Liberation Council echoes the concerns of our northern neighbors in the Judicial Watch of Sylvania in condemning this recent action. Generally, national governments have employed General Counsel to help navigate lawsuits that any civilized society should invite against its government in the event of a breach of natural rights. This decision, on the part of the Avalon Capital Court solidifying a long standing theory that the Monarchy of Justosia seeks to claim absolute power at the expense of the people. These actions must be condemned in the highest possible order.
