In response to a prejudice driven conspiracy against our nations, the Southern Gauls of Etnaea, Portusgalia, and Transabina have gathered beneath a dark banner of economic, cultural, and legal control of their lands. Somehow, in this perverse unification, they have jumped beyond Bourgogne - and naturally Cantignia, a raped outcast - over to Great Engellex to sandwich our Peoples & Patriots between Hordes of Savages and the Engelloid Incarnate to our North.
Bourgogne can kneel and beg before the nations that forgot her in turmoil, or it can join us - natural neighbors, in opposing this Gallic spear stab at market control of these lands. We dare not demand submission from Bourgogne, a determined people, we only ask for equal cooperation as patriots of fair and established nations. In recognition of the restored Bourgogne State, we invite delegates to attend a mock conference between our Peoples, our Patriots - celebrating in defiance of the Engelloid and the uppity Southern Gaul.
Encouraging understanding, the Friendly Confines suggest the following dialogue:
No more, no less. We ask only for equality as determined nationstates, both ignored by the Brigandurum Conference, forging our own paths again beyond Imperial destruction. As we respect Bourgogne's new right, we hope and pray that the Peoples & Patriots of Bourgogne respect our choices as Peoples & Patriots of faith. If Etnaea or Engellex have not reached out to Bourgogne already, they will not until your united strength becomes a threat - as the rekindling of Cantigian might has to the Etnaean-Engelloid.
