QUEEN CAROLINE II SPEAKS ON BANTYRIC FUTURE

DROTTNINGFORS — The eggs cracked open on plans for a post Bantyric nation, as the Queen iterated that she wasn't the supreme authority on the situation in Bantyr, but did know that a plan had been drafted for the future of the region. She stated that the agreement was come to with the help of the Frescanians and Engellexic. Queen Caroline refused to elaborate on the plans, saying that it was up to the Government to make such announcements.

Queen Caroline continued stating that the situation was as always fluid, but the end result was clear in her mind. She did state that peace terms did not dictate the total annexation of Bantyr, and in fact allowed for Bantyr to continue to exist.

The current war progress in Bantyr has shown troops moving into what the Army has indicated as Viking Zone. Viking Zone is the zone the Army is calling their area to maintain and patrol. Engellexic and Frescanian movements are threatening to help end the war soon. Queen Caroline has urged the Bantyric Government to come to the table and agree to the dictated peace terms which she assures them will involve economic aid and continued existence.

QUEEN CAROLINE II HONORARY ADMIRAL OF THE FLEET

DULWICH — Queen Caroline II smiled when asked by a small collection of reporters how she felt about being given an honorary title as Admiral of the Fleet of the Engellexic Navy. It was a great honor and highlighted how strong ties between Engellex and Götarike have grown. Quite remarkable considering just six months ago, many felt that the two nations might go to war, as careful planning and good communication between the two nations prevented what could have been a catastrophic event, and the results of such led to the late Honorable Prime Minister Linnéa Hjelmer-Lindeskog to receive her Medal of True Peace in Cantignia.

The Queen was joyous in her presentation today announcing the award before select reporters from the nation's best media outlets.

"I think it is an incredible honor, something that is truly unique and fitting. Götarike once held the strongest Navy in the world, our exploits at sea led to empire and colonialism throughout Europe. Colonialism some might argue as perhaps questionable in result, but truly unquestionable in being a trend setter for an Age, a symbol of Geatish resolve, innovation, and discovery. The honor bestowed upon me is a great display of friendship and the joint partnership we hold, as two of the best navies in the world, maintaining the peace in the Gothic Sea and beyond."

Queen Caroline has stated in previous meetings that she plans to travel to Engellex as soon as the war with Bantyr has finished. It is expected that such a visit would further link the monarchist bonds shared between the two nations. The Queen has also stated that she may travel to Danmark in the near future; however, it is unclear if this is to shore up tensions or for other reasons yet unknown to the Geatish public. She refused to comment on her future travel plans only conveying her utmost respect for the questions of the people, but not wanting to set up any lofty expectations for her journey or compromise the security of the process. With the last Geatish government air travel disaster, she believed that no one could be too careful.
