International Association of Communist Workers' Parties
Soldiers, workers and farmers of the world, unite!

Recognizing the need for international resistance against all reactionary forces as well as against 'leftist' revisionists. Acknowledging the necessity for international solidarity among the followers of the right interpretation of communism, Marxist-Leninovism. The Kadikistani Communist Workers Party under leadership of the glorious General Secretary Nikolai Leninov announcing the formation of the first Marxist-Leninovist international, the International Association of Communist Workers' Parties (IACWP). The charter of the IACWP was written during the Founding Congress that will took place in Ivar from the 20th until the 24th of January 1956 when the present parties reached a communal decision on the essential elements of the charter. It was amended according to the adaptation of reformism after the death of Nikolai Leninov and sanctioned by the Executive Committee in August 1958. This is the one and only International that unites the working class of this world with the common goal of emancipation, equality and possession of their own means of production. This organisation therefore fiercely opposes the sectarian reactionaries and their own marginal organisations such as the Rejectionist Section.

    ORIGINAL DECLARATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL
Dated the 20-24th of January 1956, Ivar, Democratic Republic of Kadikistan

Today we invite all parties and organisations that identify themselves with Marxist-Leninovism to send a delegation to International Association of Communist Workers' Parties. All expenses will be covered by the state of Kadikistan. May this continue to be a tool for the advancement of Marxist-Leninovism throughout the world. May this new organisation become the fist with which we will crush the oppressors of the European working class, wherever they may linger.

The core elements that separate Leninovists from other Marxist tendencies were explained by the scholar Lieutenant Colonel Yorisk Vinkso, Chairman of the Leninovist Studies Department at the Red Star University in Ivar and People's Commissar for Ideology and Theoretical Purity.

"Comrades and friends, it is my pleasure to address our great nation and communists throughout Europe on the subject of Leninovism and Kadikistan’s role in the antifascist struggle. I will start with the ideology which changed the lives of all Kadikistani's, the gift of our Glorious Leader, General-Secretary Nikolai Leninov.

The Leninov Clan is one of many great accomplishments in the fields of ideology, politics, literature and warfare but their most enduring contribution has been the creation of Socialism with Kadikistani Characteristics. Indeed Kadikistan’s Leninovist politics are vital to European anti-fascism, the anti-imperialist struggle and is a powerful weapon in the fight against the unceasing expansion of fascists and capitalist ideologies such as National-Corporatism.

No doubt many Europeans are wondering what Leninovism is. It could be otherwise described as a military priority policy combined with the ideology of self reliance, meaning that the socialist army always comes first and that true socialist nations should not be dependent from other nations. The ideology was explained for the first time by our beloved leader Nikolai Leninov when he visited the military barracks in the coastal city of Uljanova on the 31st of December 1949. He explained to the soldiers garrisoned in Uljanova that they had the choice of being an independent equal people or becoming the colonial slaves of imperialist nations such as Bourgogne. To defend socialism, he pointed out, it was vital and necessary to give priority to the army. Without a powerful and modern army a nation can not preserve such a great ideology, especially in a Europe where reactionary ideologies such as social-democracy are misleading the working class such as in Beira and capitalist nations such as Eiffelland are downright exploiting their own people. Our Glorious Leader knows this, the soldiers in Uljanova know this and the people of Kadikistan know this.

The confrontation between true communists and centrists or rightist forces have grown particularly intense in the last years. During the Great Kadikistani Civil War the Revolutionary Army of the Kadikistani Communist Worker's Party fought bravely against countless enemies. Even within our own ranks the leading clans of the revolutionary efforts have faced many reactionary foes. But these challenges did not deter families such as the Leninov's, the Tsjekova's or the Obrjanov's. They grew even more determined to continue their brave efforts to liberate all of Kadikistan, including the Northern Provinces were separatist terrorists managed to defy freedom the longest.

Although our great nation now enjoys the protection of our great state we will need more defence against happenings such as embargo's, economic boycotts and trade partners turning their backs on us. It must be clear for all that socialist nations need to be completely independent from other nations. Self reliance is the dream that our Glorious Leader had. Next to the military our industrial and agricultural expansion must enjoy the most massive government financial and material investment. Today Kadikistan still relies on trade with like-minded nations such as Serenierre for certain basic needs along with materials needed too expand our own industrial and agricultural capacity. But with the full and total effort of every single Kadikistani we should be able to achieve self reliance within the next 4 years. This time-span was calculated after months of intense studies at the Red Star University under supervision of the People's Commissariat for Trade, Agriculture, Fishing and Industry which led to the creation of the '15-years plan', launched by Commissar Ivan Tsjekova in 1942.

It is very important here to dispel any misconceptions or misunderstandings about Leninovism. It does not mean as some people claim that the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan is a military government or that the nation is a military dictatorship, people who say this are deceiving right-winged propagandists who fear the lust for freedom and equality. In a free nation such as Kadikistan the armed forces fulfil different roles then in other nations. In imperialist countries armed forces are used in wars of aggression and to oppress the people, whereas in the socialist countries they defend the independence of the country and the socialist system. Therefore the soldier along with the worker and the farmer are the biological engines of the revolutionary effort.

In Kadikistan it has always been made clear that the Party, the farmers and the Workers lead the armed forces. Our Glorious Leader Nikolai Leninov defined the Kadikistani Socialist Army as the Army of the working class and the revolution.

If socialism is too survive and expand in Europe, it will be under the strong name 'Leninovism'."

The PCS will send a delegation to observe the proceedings of the summit. As a follower of Marxist-Serazinism, there are obvious differences in our ideologies however in the spirit of solidarity with the struggles of the people of the world, we believe in unity amongst the vanguardist parties of the world.

The Party of Candles is a pan-communism party in Bourgogne. Named for the manner by which it used to meet during the Republican era, the now legal party wishes to join this association. The Party of Candles is generally dominated by Leninovist ideology though others are strongly present. The party currently has no national representation. However, it currently holds two mayorships.

Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties

"The honourable member parties of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties have jointly decided that it will organize the publication of a new proletarian newspaper under the name 'Solidarnost' which will be put under the guarding wings of the 'Central Newspapers of Kadikistan'. This joint newpaper will be printed in all major languages and the native languages of the member parties. It will include popularly written articles about the current state of affairs and the role of the International in the world as well as reports on the decision-making of the International. Let this show of transparency set an example for other."

Reports on the current issues being discussed:

    • Organizing International Solidarity with the Milesian Revolution:
Individual parties or parties-under-construction are to organize and facilitate 'International Solidarity' actions with the Marxist-Leninovist revolutionaries in the People's Republic of Milesia. Financial support is provided by the People's Commissariats for Financial Affairs of the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan.
    • Creating awareness for the struggle of the Party of the Left in Cumbria:
The Party of the Left is still at war with the National-Syndicalist regime in Cumbria. The latter is doing everything within its power to supress any and all oposition. Member parties must stress the bravery of the Party of the Left militants while clarifying that they are the only alternative to the fascist regime.
    • Aiding the Pelasgian Marxist-Leninovist comrades in organizing a worthy Workers' Party:
Organizing Marxist-Leninovist elements within the Propontine Labour Party and assessing the current political climate in the country.
    • Guarding the political rights of the JMLWP and its members in Justiza
We must at all times keep an eye on our JMLWP comrades as the legalization can not be guaranteed by the rogue regime.
    • Forming a barrier against World Republican revisionism coming from across the Great Ocean
Dangers of SWR imported politics have already been proven by the split in the Milesian Republican Movement. World republicanist revisionism is a great threat to socialism in Europe.
    • Establishing a base for Marxist-Leninovist thought in Gouw Marken
Gouw Marken is the ideal breeding-ground for Marxist-Leninovist thought. Sensitizing not only the people, but in this rare case also the elite.
    • 'Help Kadikistan Help You'-campaign
Creating popular sympathy for Kadikistan. How to do it.

    Comrades,

Having rececently renounced the chains of the bourgeois puppet that was the Labour Party, the Internationalist Communist Party of Pelasgia, as the sole truly Socialist and non-revisionist political force of the nation would like to join the other true Socialists of the world in the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties. We belive that membership in this organisation would greatly aid in us our struggle to free the Pelasgian proletariat from the Southern Tiburan tyranny that claims imperialdom over our people. Workers of the world, unite!

    Kommeraden,

We are the Marxist-Leninovist Party of Bolonesvia, there we are known as the Leninovist Party by the public but it matters not. We are fully commited to the cause of Socialism and the spread of liberty and justice to all workers of not only Bolonesvia, but the world. Our revolution calls us to end the horrible oppressian of Hörige, or the ones who are currently in severe debt to our government for unfair loans that can last from generation to generation. The shackles of traditionalism and horrible nationalism is still our cultures main product. We wish to join you, as we feel together we can ensure a workers paradise.

"It is our most profound honour to accept and welcome the membership of our Pelasgian and Bolonesvian comrades as confirmed by a vote held by the International's Executive Committee at the 19th of April. The European struggle for emancipation of the working class continues and despite our every effort the forces of reaction and revisionism continue to oppress those who make their respective countries great. As more and more members flock to the Marxist-Leninovist call we are certain that a socialist world is possible and even inevitable. Welcome comrades!"

    Greetings comrade,

I'm Debi Vâzderil, the president of The Union for the People (Нарóд унія), the marxist-leninovist party of the Republic of Ruthenia-Galicia. We are glad to join your International Association. We are not recognized as a creditable and eligible party in our country, and we have the reputation to be a bane for our nation. With this association, we can found some allies and we can be heard. Let's lead a revolution for the workers and the people!

    CONFIDENTIAL INTERNAL COMMUNIQUÉ
FROM: Office of the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties
TO: Augusto Martino, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Veniasufian People's Marxist-Leninovist Union
    RE: 'Marxist-Leninovism with Veniasufian Characteristics'

    Most esteemed Comrade Martino,

This confidential letter is sent to you at the consent of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties and approval of the leading cadres of all member parties. This address concerns the recent cooperation of the VPMLU within the Veniasufian government and rumours that the party will change its historic name and remove the reference to the glorious ideology that is Marxist-Leninovism. The doctrine that your party and indeed the many militants at the base have thoroughly embraced dictates that all member parties of the International must strive towards the final revolution through their nationally specific path. As you know this allows for all member parties to enjoy certain liberties regarding theoretical purity case per case. In the case of the JMLWP in Justiza the Executive Committee decided that the Communist Party of Justiza collaborating with non-communist national forces would cause the movement more harm than good. The situation in Veniasufia is deemed different and the VPMLU more mature in comparison to the JMLWP.

Therefore we will not intervene in the recent coalition that has been formed within Veniasufia between the VPMLU and other political forces. Theoretically we will justify this collaboration through our propaganda channels as a first manifestation of 'Marxist-Leninovism with Veniasufian Characteristics'. The revolutionary struggle must be waged on a multitude of battlefields, in the case of Veniasufia also the parliament and government. We do however urge our Veniasufian comrades not to go through with a potential loss of names and symbolism. If the latter would be considered to polarizing we should sensitise the people for the glorious messages behind them, not give in to revisionist and reactionary demonization. We trust you will take our advice into consideration and contact us through the proper channels in case there are any misunderstandings.

We understand your concerns and wish to apologise for our revisionist ways and will try to stop them. The party has decided to display the portraits in the foyer of the Party Headquarters and as for the name change it is merely speculation made up by the media to damage the parties reputation and portray a weak movement which is not the case. However we will continue to collaborate with the government to ensure if Veniasufia does realise the greatness of Leninov that it will be peacefully and not aggressively. I myself will not take an active roll within the new politics of the party and will instead watch from the sidelines so in a sense Mr. Johann Daas is essentially party leader for the time being so for any policy change please do not hesitate to contact him.

    May the revolution live on,
Augusto Martino, Secretary-General of the Veniasufia Peoples Marxist-Leninovist Union
