Dear Gen. Bramski Burukova,
It is with a heavy heart that I announce my planned resignation as Secretary-General of The Veniasufian Peoples Marxist-Leninovist Union. As we take up an active role within the government I feel it is best that Mr. Daas takes full control of the party. My successor, Mr. Daas, has also chosen his own Delegate who will also take up the role of Deputy Secretary. I would also like to invite a representative of this fine organization to attend the party Congress at the newly built Party Compound just outside of St. Wilhelmsstadt, it is here where I shall finally hand over the reins to allow the glorious revolution to finally take place.

Thank You,
Augusto Martino, Secretary-General of The VPMLU

"Dear Augusto,

It is with a heavy heart that I have received the news that you will be resigning from your position as General-Secretary of the Central Committee of the glorious Veniasufian Peoples Marxist-Leninovist Union. The contacts we have had and the experiences that we have shared do not only make us comrades, but also friends. We truly hope that you will keep playing a major role in the VPMLU and/or in the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties as delegate for the VPMLU. If not know that there is always a position within one of our cadres for a man of your prestige and prominence.

Furthermore we will sent our most sincere congratulations to Comrade Daas for his appointment. We are convinced that he will direct the Party further onto the right path as you have for such a long time. Due to recent developments in the Propontine Empire and Bolonesvia I will sadly be unable to attend this historic congress, but will send my right-hand Col. Petr Bovinovitch, Deputy Secretary of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties. He will serve as a fine representative with the proper prestige for such an event."

Signed,

CONFIDENTIAL INTERNAL COMMUNIQUÉ
FROM: Office of the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties
TO: Underground Cadres of the Internationalist Communist Party of Pelasgia
RE: Situation Report

Comrades,

This is a high priority message meant for delivery to the remaining underground leadership cadres of our Comrades of the Internationalist Communist Party of Pelasgia. Delivery of this message has fallen under the authority of the National Directorate of Intelligence of the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan that has assured us that the highest possible level of discretion will be implemented. The Directorate, with the approval from the Party, has appointed a single field agent that will have the sole task of setting up safe and covert communication lines between Ivar and the remaining DKKP cadres. The Agent currently in your proximity is that person and any response you might have he will promptly deliver back to us.

The Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties would like to enquire the current situation of the DKKP after the National Security Bill was approved and followed by a crack-down on its members, organisations and activities. More concrete we wish to know how many DKKP members have managed to avoid capture and where they are situated. We trust you will keep in mind that only members that have proven themselves committed and loyal to the cause as such information is a treasure of information for the Propontine intelligence agency. Once the connections are made Slebuchya Agent 'Zlatan' will aid you with rebuilding what remains of the network and organize it in a clandestine form. He will also help facilitate the extraction of any members attempting to seek exile in Kadikistan as several already have. Once they have arrived they will be subjected to a thorough theoretical screening and upon passing will have the chance to help build the DKKP-in-exile. We do however urge those that have managed to be undetected by the imperialist-capitalist regime to remain in the country as they can be valuable in retrieving vital information that will benefit the global Marxist-Leninovist Movement.

We await your reply. Stay strong comrades, the International and Kadikistan have not abandoned you.

SIGNED,

CONFIDENTIAL INTERNAL COMMUNIQUÉ
FROM: Provisional Internationalist Communist Party of Pelasgia Headquarters, Euroia, Theme of Brennia
TO: Office of the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties
RE: Situation Report

Comrade Chairman,

The news of your solidarity have brought great hope to what remains of our ranks, showing us that we are not abandoned, after all. Before the Imperialist crackdown, our Party numbered 2,283,200 members. among our members. Over half of the Party's members have renounced Marxism-Leninovism, many even going as far as to betray other members. Immediately following the National Security bill's passage, the Comrades at the Party HQ destroyed the member lists and took their own lives, so as to save other Party members. However, Military Police had already kept extensive lists of most known DKKP supporters and sympathizers.

In the aftermath of the movement's prohibition, the Military Police have cracked down harshly on our people, causing widespread fear and panic among our members. Over half of the Party's members have renounced Marxism-Leninovism, many even going as far as to betray other members. Nearly a quarter of a million members have been shipped off to Concentration Camps, such as Elenonisos. The conditions there are so brutal, that many choose betrayal of the Marxist-Leninovist cause or exile abroad to being sent there. From what we know so far, about 550,000 members of the Party have not been arrested or discovered. Many have already fled to Kadikistan, as I am sure you are aware, however, we are not certain of how many of these members are truly loyal.

I, along with a few other lower-tier leadership members, such as the Comrade Petros Kammenos, the Chief of the Press Commission, and Comrade Daphne Nikolaou, the Chief of the Youth Commission, have managed to flee to the mountainous areas of Brennia, in the working class city of Euroia's suburbs. From there, we have organised some form of undercover network on the nearby mountains, while we smuggle members to the area, avoiding Military Police roadblocks through the city's lake. So far, the vast majority of members who have answered our call, about 200,000, want to flee to Kadikistan. Another 70,000 members want to remain in the country, to help form an underground resistance network. There is great fear and panic among our members.

Our main radio station was captured, however some broadcasting stations of our secondary radio network remain and we can use to those to communicate with any remaining loyal members. Most members agree that it is best for what remains of the Party's leadership to flee abroad, to ensure the movement's survival, even in exile. We still have some presence within the nation's Unions, which we could use to cause problems for the Nationalists, though they are moving to dominate the Unions more by the day. The biggest problem for the movement, lies in the successful breakup of the nation's Left Wing. The vast majority of the nation's leftists, even some of our own former members, are now part of the reactionary puppet SEKP. SEKP has a presence in Unions and in most circles where we had power. They are quickly moving to fill the gap we left, while they are cooperating with the Nationalists.

Because of SEKP's existence, we cannot try to create a fake Parliamentary face, so we risk being damned to public forgetfulness, which would lead our numbers to decrease. The prime concern of the Party should be to inflitrate the SEKP, so as to try to bring it, or a significant part of it, back under our control. However, this must be done in the most quiet and descrete fashion, to avoid detection by the Nationalists. We are certain that nearly over a million, if not more, people sympathetic to our ideology, and many more sympathetic to our cause, remain in the nation, but they presently too scared to act. Another primary concern should be to make our existence known, once we are safely in Kadikistan and to start a propaganda war against the Nationalists. Our underground netwrok should try to contact people who start to show sympathy to our cause, once this has been achieved.

We once again thank you for your support and hope for your quick response.

Dear Brothers,

We are in dire need of help. Our revolution continues to suffer setbacks, and yes our capital is retaken but at what cost? We are losing too many men to continue but if we surrender, death surely awaits. We ask for international intervention, or the people of Bolonesvia will continue to suffer under the yoke of the Bourgeoisie. We ask for any material or personel willing to help.

For the people,

After the governments recent actions we see no other choice but to return to arms if they will deny the people the 'glorious revolution' democratically then we must do it militarily but we can't do it without your help we need the weapons and the various other technologies to end our struggle and bring rise to a great communist state. Please help us if you can. By the way the party doesn't know we are doing this but the People's Militia must fight if the party can not but don't worry we have sympathisers in the parliament who will join the side of the People's Militia very soon.

May the revolution live on,

CONFIDENTIAL INTERNAL COMMUNIQUÉ
FROM: Office of the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties
TO: Provisional Internationalist Communist Party of Pelasgia Headquarters
RE: Situation Report

Comrade Bogiatzis,

It brought us great joy to hear from you so soon. We have thoroughly looked into your report and while the situation is very dire, I must say that we were all gravely impressed by the great progress that the underground network of the DKKP has managed to make despite heavy state-organized repression. Though the DKKP has suffered major blows the Propontis regime has failed in destroying the glorious Party completely as it so decadently claims in its propaganda channels. The Council for People's Commissariats under the brilliant guidance of our Glorious Leader Nikolai Leninov has instructed me to inform you that any and all Pelasgian Marxist-Leninovists will be granted political asylum in Kadikistan. At this moment we have already welcomed several thousands of your countrymen, placing them in temporary refugee camps where they are currently awaiting processing before being properly housed. Like we have done before with our Varanasi comrades in Solidarnost and the Veniasufian exiled VPMLU dissidents in Krasnjow it is almost certain that the Pelasgian refugees will have a completely planned city from which they can reorganize and rebuild what they have so tragically lost. It is currently being discussed in the Supreme Soviet where this new city would be founded. The Socialist Oblast of Kalavarskija, our Southern-most island group, has already offered a large stretch of currently undeveloped land that would be very suited for our new Pelasgian community.

But we must not get ahead of ourselves and this planned community will not be constructed unless more than 80,000 Pelasgian political refugees reach Kadikistan. We will do our very best to help the 200,000 Pelasgians that seek refuge in Kadikistan case per case. That will mean that we will put a great amount of resources into processing this enormous amount of people and facilitating their departure from the Propontine Empire through means of smuggling. We trust we can count on your full cooperation on this matter and that we will be able to utilise the reconstructed underground DKKP network to it full extent. It will be impossible to successfully bring every comrade into Kadikistani protection and you must make all those who chose this path aware of that. No doubt many will be intercepted, however we are convinced that together we can minimize this.

As for those brave comrades who wish to continue the revolutionary work, we are pleased that as many as 70,000 have managed to avoid the nationalist machinations of oppression. We suggest the underground DKKP combines its efforts of concentrating its remaining membership in the city of Euroia and the larger Brennia area, but also maintains a minimal presence in every major city. Revolutionary sleeper cells should be organized in those cities with each having no more than eight members. Kadikistan will make military advisor's available to train these revolutionary cells, but for now the situation is too unstable and all members that have avoided capture are advised to lay low. The Revolutionary Cells as well as the larger Euroia network will be placed under the proletarian command of the DKKP leadership in Kadikistan. Maintaining party discipline and discretion are now more important than ever. Our first priority is getting the persecuted Pelasgian comrades out of the Propontine clutches, the proletarian retribution will come when the time is right. The orders are clear, facilitate extraction and reorganize.

The Executive Committee of the International is currently debating if the strategy of infiltration would be valuable for the Pelasgian Marxist-Leninovist Movement. In the past we have always endorsed politically independent and purist Marxist-Leninovist initiatives, rejecting broad-front collaboration with revisionist social-capitalists. But such as in Veniasufia national exceptions can be made since our doctrine clearly leaves room for contextual adjustments of strategy. I personally see benefits for a clandestine DKKP presence within SEKP and the trade unions, but realistically we can not expect that they will ever embrace the brilliant teachings of our Glorious Leader Nikolai Leninov. We all share the same ideological beliefs and we all share the insight that there can be no theoretical compromise lest we de facto abandon the only true path toward proletarian emancipation and total equality. Infiltration as a means to gather intelligence is a much more valid reasoning than attempting to change the revisionist organizations from the inside. The latter can only lead to detection and persecution.

RE: Aid

Comrades,

It is with great pain that we witness the suffering of our Bolonesvian comrades as they fight so valiantly against the enemy's overwhelming forces. Indeed the recent victory of the Bolonesvian Workers Republic in Krisstadt was glorious and demonstrated that the revolution still has the power to stop the government's superior forces. As for the Kadikistani assistance that you have requested we have already sent an extensive amount of military materials ranging from infantry assault rifles to anti-tank weaponry and mortars. The 2th International Kadikistani Expeditionary Division is fully mobilized, but due to the governments quick and unexpected seizure of the Northwestern islands we have lost the orginally planned landing zone that would have served as a forward base of operations. New strategies have been subject to many doubts and unrewarding calculations.

Regardless we should be able to deploy the Expeditionary Force, counting 20,000 men, in the next week. We urge you to share all intelligence you might have gathered about Bolonesvian naval forces in the Northern waters. The Revolutionary Northern Fleet has already started scouting missions deeper and deeper into Bolonesvian waters in search of a safe landing zone. We will continue to stand by you. Long live the Bolonesvian Workers Republic!

CONFIDENTIAL INTERNAL COMMUNIQUÉ
FROM: Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties
TO: General Ludwig Toffensteiger, People's Militia
RE: Armed Struggle

Esteemed Comrade General L. Toffensteiger,

We have carefully analysed your request to instigate a new revolutionary struggle within Veniasufia and discussed it thoroughly within the Executive Committee. We inquire some more knowledge before we can accurately asses the situation. The Veniasufian People's Marxist-Leninovist Union has been rather unsuccessful in steering the Veniasufian government towards an international policy that would benefit the global Marxist-Leninovist movement, but we feel that an armed struggle at this moment might be premature. For such a Glorious Revolution to be a success the Marxist-Leninovist Movement must be united as to avoid mistakes such as in the Februari Uprising that costed the movement dearly. We can not and will not endorse any armed struggle without the consent of the Executive Committee of the VPMLU and also do not deem the current political climate opportune for such an endeavour. Please inform us on why you believe now is an opportune moment for armed struggle? Can you make us any guarantees on the success of such endeavours?

The People's Militia must stand as one and strengthen their relations with the Party. One can not act independently from the other. Once the time is right we will not hesitate to help you in any way we can to liberate Veniasufia. But a new uprising will not benefit the proletariat at this time, although we will allow you some room to convince us otherwise.

To answer your questions great general. The Union is no longer United, Secretary-General Daas is too busy trying to impress the JSP and SDE to care about what's happening. Also about your worries for our success, the area where we are operating has a very weak Police and Military presence and some local Policemen are selling weapons to make ends meet which is how we have managed to amass our current power every week at the black market there is weaponry for sale and with the money we're gathering from our 'illicit' actions we have 12,000 well trained men I know it's nothing compared to what the Bolonesvians have but our men are former soldiers who have been left to rot by the government after being used as meat shields on the battle field.

If that is not enough to convince you then you must learn of the Senators and Deputies who have been in touch they despise Mr. Daas' revisionary ways and have promised to send us money but not enough. The truth of the matter is we're ready to fight we're like a cauldron waiting to bubble over and when we do the corrupt structure of the political elite shall crumble and we shall step up to fill the gap we wont control St. Wilhelmsstadt within a month it will take years but if we slowly chip away at the weak paradigm we will win in the end.

May the revolution live on.

RE: Armed Struggle

Esteemed Comrade General L. Toffensteiger,

We understand your concerns comrade, but we must ask you for restraint. We hereby pledge to organize a meeting between the commanders of the People's Militia and the leadership of the Veniasufian People's Marxist-Leninovist Union. We will serve as moderators during this meeting as we will jointly attempt to bring back unity to the Veniasufian Marxist-Leninovist Movement. Should this meeting be a failure and the Daas Faction prove to be revisionist in nature we will withdraw our support and investigate how best to assist you. For now we urge you to give diplomacy one last chance before blowing up all bridges. Surely you agree that a unified front will have more chances of being successful in overthrowing the capitalist regime.

Will you accept this?

CONFIDENTIAL COMMUNIQUÉ: FOR-PEOPLE'S-GENERAL-LUDWIG-TOFFENSTEIGER'S-EYES-ONLY
FROM: Maj. Marko Leninov, Leninov Revolutionary Family, Kadikistan
TO: General Ludwig Toffensteiger, People's Militia, Veniasufia
RE: Johann Daas

THIS MESSAGE IS FOR YOUR EYES ONLY AND SHOULD BE DESTROYED AFTER READING.

Comrade General Ludwig Toffensteiger,

Due to the sensitive content of this communiqué we will keep it as brief and compact as possible. While the Burukova's spend time trying to get both you and the revisionist Johann Daas at the table, we agree with you that Daas is a revisionist and for the sake of ideological purity do not believe he has any future in the Marxist-Leninovist Movement. Revisionism is a dangerous counter-revolutionary trap, that must be crushed lest it leads the Party onto a social-capitalist path. What we are about to propose will benefit the Party, the People's Militia and the Glorious Revolution.

We hereby offer you the chance to liquidate Johann Daas. The Directorate of Intelligence is privy to certain information, in this chase the locations of Daas and the moments when he is most vulnerable. We have been in contact with a small fascist splinter group based in St. Wilhelmsstadt under the guise of being the Cumbrian government. Naturally these hate-driven fools jumped at the opportunity to assassinate the General-Secretary of the VPMLU. What we would need from you is that you help us facilitate these men and send your men guarding him on a break at the right time. Right-wing fanatics will be blamed turning some of the public opinion in our favour and the Party will 'mourn' there murdered leader. This tragic events will grant us an opportunity to reunite the VPMLU and the People's Militia and restore the Veniasufian Marxist-Leninovist Movement under the strong leadership of former General-Secretary Augusto Martino. The latter has been a long time friend of my cousin, Glorious Leader Nikolai Leninov, and will 'fulfil his duty to his wounded Party'. Augusto needs not know that we are behind this execution, in fact nobody outside this correspondence should. We will make sure that the right-wing activists will be eliminated before they can be arrested.

Should you abuse this information we will hinder and cease financial, material and political support for the People's Militia. Do what is right, comrade.

I am thankful for your offer and graciously accept. Here is some essential information, Every night at 10pm the men guarding Daas' house change normally they go to his garage where they tell the other men they have finished their shift for the night this 5 minute interval would be the perfect time to send in the men to kill him there is absolutely no doubt in my mind that soon after they will be shot since I have told all men to shoot to kill if anyone dare attack a party member thus allowing us to get away easy and allowing Mr. Martino to take back power as Secretary-General. After Mr. Martino takes back the office of Secretary-General he will undoubtedly resign from the government forcing them into a period of flux in which we can then begin our glorious revolution.

Upon the sending of this communique all evidence shall be destroyed including the very machine I am writing to you on.

May the revolution live on.

Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties

"The honourable member parties of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties have jointly decided that it will organize the publication of a new proletarian newspaper under the name 'Solidarnost' which will be put under the guarding wings of the 'Central Newspapers of Kadikistan'. This joint newpaper will be printed in all major languages and the native languages of the member parties. It will include popularly written articles about the current state of affairs and the role of the International in the world as well as reports on the decision-making of the International. Let this show of transparency set an example for other."

Reports on the current issues being discussed:

  • Organizing International Solidarity with the Milesian Revolution:
Emphasizing the crimes against humanity perpetrated by the Ivernish, Cumbrian and Burgundian forces. All member parties are encouraged to set up charity events in order to provide humanitarian aid for the starving Milesian people.
  • Creating awareness for the struggle of the Party of the Left in Cumbria:
    The struggle continues
  • Political climate in the Propontine Empire
Organizing the DKKP as an underground source of resistance and proletarian awareness under leadership of the new Central Committee in-exile. The Underground cadres of the DKKP must preserve their influence in the industrial areas at all costs.
  • Guarding the political rights of the JMLWP and its members in Justiza
Organizing protests against increased Propontine military presence on the island.
  • Establishing a Vanguard party in Gouw Marken
The slow, but steady process of creating a popular base for Marxist-Leninovism in Gouw Marken is rated a success. First signs of local party cadres as 'De Werker' is distributed almost nationwide. We must do everything we can to help unite our comrades in Gouw Marken under one strong Party flag.
  • As one behind the Bolonesvian Workers Republic
Our comrades face overwhelming odds, but are backed by the the mighty nation of Kadikistan, the People's Republic of Milesia and the International Marxist-Leninovist Movement.
  • 'Marxist-Leninovism with Veniasufian Characteristics': an overzealous experiment
It is the decision of the Executive Committee that 'Marxist-Leninovism with Veniasufian Characteristics' as it was conceptualized by former General Secretary of the VPMLU Johann Daas was a failed experiment that should be abandoned. The Veniasufian Marxist-Leninovist Movement must return to its roots and strive for theoretical purity under the unquestionable leadership of Comrade Augusto Martino.

FROM: Office of the First Secretary of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties
TO: Omurbek Tekebağul, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Communist Workers' Party of Qus
RE: Membership application

Comrade Chairman Omurbek Tekebağul,

It my most sincere honour to announce to you, using covert and discrete channels available to us, that the application for membership of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties by the courageous Communist Workers' Party of Qus has been unilaterally accepted by the Central Committee. We have assessed that your Party has accepted the only true communist doctrine that is Marxist-Leninovism, a visionary gift from our brilliant Glorious Leader Nikolai Leninov. Indeed it is the only doctrine strong and disciplined enough to permanently and irreversibly do away with the shackles of capitalist exploitation and fascistoid oppression. We trust that you will carry our banners with pride and use them as beacons to rally your nation's working class behind en mass. As a full member our our mighty and righteous people's organization you will receive the necessary political, financial and material support should you request it. You are home comrade, we welcome you and will stand behind you through the hard times until the final victory.

Specialized commissars have been dispatched and will attempt to contact you through the appropriate channels. They will be there to advise and aid you in further establishing and organizing the Vanguard Party so that it will be well equipped to lay the foundations for the creation of a revolutionary working class.

RE: Referendum

Comrade Chairman,

We are in full agreement with you concerning the treacherous nature of this "referendum" whose sole purpose is to give the people the illusion of freedom and the ability to choose their chains. In fact, seeing the bourgeois' contempt for the people we highly doubt this referendum even has any sort of transparency and reliability at all. We also commend you initiative to push for the ignition of the struggle to liberate the Pelasgian proletariat.

However, the bourgeois régime has taken extreme measures to ensure it maintains its hold on the government of the country, with soldiers patrolling the streets, especially near government buildings which would serve as polling stations, ever since the coup in Propontis. Additionally, the régime is confident that it has practically eradicated us. Any moves to oppose it, even without our apparent involvement, would incite its paranoid security chiefs to assume that they have not and launch new operations to find and eliminate what little remains of our party structure.

Furthermore, a large part of the Pelasgian people believe the heinous lies of the Propontine régime and consider us traitors and terrorists, seeing us as enemies instead of liberators. Many would not hesitate to give us into the authorities or otherwise betray and oppose us, so resisting the régime would be dangerous and almost surely violent, currently. Following the "referendum", which we will try to boycott through what influence we still have in the unions, we could try some softer measures and attempts at recruiting working-class youths, but, at the moment, the high militarisation and paranoia of the Imperial machine makes it very hard to practically impossible for us to act.

We once again thank you for your support and hope for your quick response.

CONFIDENTIAL INTERNAL COMMUNIQUÉ
FROM: Office of the First Secretary of the Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties
TO: Underground Cadres of the Internationalist Communist Party of Pelasgia
RE: Referendum

Comrades,

We appreciate and understand your predicament and share your analysis that an open insurrection is not opportune at this time. Our orders must not be mistaken as a call to arms, but rather a call to clandistine small-scale direct action in order to show the Pelasgian people and indeed the world that there is still opposition against the Propontis regime. If you deem attacking polling stations or destroying ballot boxes to dangerous we trust in your best judgement considering you brave men are in the field, feeling the political climate best. But surely more low-key actions are possible such as painting slogans and destroying referendum propaganda, especially in the areas were our influence is still present. The impoverished youth is our natural ally as they know far to well that only class war can end their suffering. If they don't yet believe this truth, then it is your noble task to bring class awareness. Our recruitment must ot be limited to the youth, but they are the ones who will wage the revolutionary struggle in the years to come, guided off course by senior party members who have already proven their worth and expertise.

It is against the very nature of the DKKP to sit idly by as their beloved nation is getting raped by an ultra-nationalist gang. The revolution continues, be it on a much smaller scale. The orders are clear: PRECAUTIONARY ACTION; Do not get yourself nor any essential party members compromised, but assure the people that the opposition remains active through small-scale direct action and clandestine propaganda.

SIGNED,
_X_

FROM: Office of Foreign Affairs, People's Revolutionary Party of Kannex; Manhatt, Jurchland Province
TO: appropriate department of International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties
SUBJECT: Application

Greetings to our honorable comrades from abroad,

We are the People's Revolutionary Party (Revolutionäre Volkspartei; 人民革命党 jen2min2 gö2ming4 dang3) of Kannex, the largest and most active group of Marxist-Leninovist forces in the Kannexan empire. We are a group of dedicated revolutionaries who comprise of followers from all walks of life: students, professors, workers, taxi drivers, farmers, soldiers. We have connections to both the Mandarin- and German-speaking parts of our country. Although we are overshadowed in size and publicity by the revisionist Communist Party of Kannex (KKP), we have encountered more success in evading the Kannexan secret police and all the fascist running-dogs of the Emperor. We are expanding operations to all parts of the country and more and more youth join us. What we desperately seek is support, in the form of funds, instructors, books, and, when the time comes, solid, concrete means to the ends of effecting a regime change, so that we may set Kannex on the politically-correct revolutionary path. We stand ever on the edge of being outlawed and persecuted by the capitalist regime, but we are certain that we will, one day, succeed in our quest.

Heil, das Volk - heil, die Revolution!

Executive Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties

"It is my profound pleasure to announce that the Central Committee of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties have unanimously voted to accept the People's Revolutionary Party of Kannex into our grand organization. We welcome our comrades and trust that they will be a worthy and disciplined member. Under the authority of the Executive Committee we will set up a financial fund too support our friends in Kannex like we have done for most other members of the International. Two dozen members of the Kadikistani Marxist-Leninovist Workers' Party and the German-speaking Mehldorfian People's Marxist-Leninovist Union, among whom revolutionary veterans, will be dispatched to your nation. They will assist you utilizing their vast expertise that stretches over various fields ranging from political schooling to revolutionary strategy and tactics. There will be a large amount of German Marxist-Leninovist literature and propaganda available for you now that you are a full member of our mighty organization, but it will take us a few more weeks to amass a similar amount of Sinese literature and propaganda. We hope we can count on your most theoretically educated Sinese-speaking members to help us translate the vast amount of materials.

You are very welcome, Comrades. Today you made a vital step towards a brighter future for the working class. "

Signed,

9 April 1956
Hall of the International Association of Marxist-Leninovist Parties

A white Kannexan man with moppy gray hair and wide rectangular glasses strode to the podium. He had a hurried gait and bountiful energy as he hopped onstage. Only his troubled face -- twisted by a grimace -- betrayed his age, late thirties or fourties. The man's gray suit and equally drab tie stood out among the sea of rose-red banners.

His name, Georg Kaplan, stood inscribed on a tag by his breast pocket.

"Comrades. I am honored to be in your presence. You are the true friends of working peoples everywhere and the most steadfast foes of imperialism, capitalism, and defeatism.

"As you may have heard by now, last Friday, on April 6th, the fascist running dogs of the Kannexan Emperor arrested over one hundred of my comrades in the Revolutionary People's Party in a raid in Manhatt City.

"The Imperial Government seems to now have officially outlawed the Revolutionary People's Party as a terrorist organization aimed to overthrow the capitalist system. We have never claimed otherwise. We have always stuck steadfastly to our goal -- to the betterment of the oppressed classes, to the harmony of nations, to a truly free world! Through whatever means necessary!"

Georg Kaplan's eyes threw a look of flame at the delegates watching him in silence. His expression was so fiery and tumultuous, like the inside of a volcano. He voice trembled, "They have decapitated the Party, but they do not know that the strength lies not in the head, but the body. They have decapitated the Party, but they have not killed it.

"Even now! Even now, as we speak, thousands of Kannexan Revolutionary People's Party members are mobilizing, organizing, regrouping in the underground!

"We will not surrender. The capitalist-fascist system of the Kannexan Empire will offer no justice, will spare us not one inch of our hair. The courts are rigged, the police are only the running dogs of the Emperor -- and the Emperor is the running dog of the Congress, and the Congress -- the Congress, the greatest traitor and lackey of all, the running dog of the capitalist class!

"We expect no mercy, so we will give no mercy. The Revolutionary People's Party will declare war. I ask you, my comrades, to join us. To help us. We need the purity of your ideology, the power of your funds, the steel strength of your weaponry...

"We will make the fascists pay."
