The gross intrusion of the Danish navy into the Sea of Sindh, especially in cooperation with the state that our nation was so recently at war with. The number of Danish warships entering the Sea of Sindh under the pretense of protecting Maritime Security is a severe threat to the national security of the Talemantine Empire. After only months following the end of a war with Altai, Danmark signs a deal for the use of a naval base in Altai and then proceeds to send twenty-four destroyers, a carrier and other warships to the area.

We will do what is necessary to protect our national security, and that of the security of Zamosca, and we will fire upon the Danish forces sailing into the Sindh Sea and remove the threat they pose to us. We call upon Danmark's allies in the Germanian League to help convince them to reduce the size of the force of the Danish navy traveling into the Sindh to a size that is not threatening toward our nation. We do not want war with Danmark and this is why we come to you to help avoid that outcome for all.

"His Imperial Majesty and the Council of Ministers of the Wieserreicher Empire regret the tensions between the Talemantine Empire and the Kingdom of the Danes over the recent military deployment of the latter in close proximity to the former's sphere of interests. It is most unfortunate that the Rt. Hon. Mr. Gavallo has chosen such stern and firm language in response to the Danish deployment. However, strengthened by the trust His Majesty the Talemantine Emperor shows His Wieserreicher friends, and with the strongly vested interests of the Reich in the circumstances presented, I would like to inform you that the Council of Ministers under His Excellency the Imperial Chancellor, His Princely Grace Rudolf Imperial Prince of Schwarzenberg has deliberated to offer the Imperial Talemantine Government that it properly mediates a resolution between the Kingdom of the Danes and the Talemantine Empire.

"We inquire as to the exact meaning of your recent suggestion that the Danish naval forces be reduced to acceptable levels. As war is a greatly undesired concept that is best left completely and totally avoided, we trust that the Talemantine Empire will express itself in a reasonable manner with respect to the history of the neutrality of the Kingdom of the Danes and the Germanian League, as well as in a manner showing desire for compromise and a diplomatic resolution with the tensions in the Schindh area. As such I look forward to hearing the detailed suggestions of the Talemantine side to be coveyed through the Imperial officials in Danmark to the Royal Danish Government, in order to ensure the speediest and most quiet resolution of the would-be crisis before it grows out of hand and further harms the situation."
