Fiction
Children of the Oak, by Isbeil Ualas - The Novel presents the story of Sithric mac Amlaib, one of the first Norse-Gaelic missionaries to cross the isthmuses and arrive in the still pagan Caledonia, in the early 9th century. He develops a friendship with Conall mac Ailpean, a druid of the Votadini tribe from Dun Glas. Will Sithric choose his duty as a missionary or will he remain by his friend, Conall, especially in a period when there are more and more rumors regarding the creation of a monastic military order which will go on a crusade against the north, the Knights of the Viridian Cross.

Non-Fiction
Unitarian and Royal, by Benneit MacLagain - The study centers on the ideological point of view of the Cumbric monarchy and offers a history of the unity of the crown with the Unitarian church. It presents the period from the creation of the nation-state of Cumbria, in 1720 when only the members of the Cumbric Church were considered citizens of the state, whereas the others were considered subjects of the crown, to the period before the restoration when the Church had a tolerated status. The study ends with a conclusion that shows the revival of the Cumbric Church, especially by making the Archbishop a Deputy Chancellor, the Tanist of the Mormaer.

183 Days: The Ouistran War of Independence and the Making of Modern Bourgogne , by Marc Lavisse- In November, 1912, the Principality of Ouistre became an independent republic for 183, fighting for its independence. Ultimately, only major 2 battles would be fought and peace achieved in less than a year. The work details Burgundian efforts to avoid armed conflict and attempts to reconcile with the Ouistran region after the conflict. Included is a look the short lived Ouistran government and its attempts to garner international support. Lavisse is sure to include many interviews and largely maintains objectivity. "To understand the modern concept of Bourgogne, understanding this pivotal event and its fallout is necessary" are the words the reader first greets on beginning to read the work.
