International Red Cross

The IRC is a voluntary organization committed to responding rapidly and efficiently to the humanitarian needs of people affected by armed conflict or by a natural disaster occurring in a conflict area. Hostilities can explode without warning; natural disasters can strike unexpectedly and their effects may be multiplied in countries already riven by war. In the face of such unpredictable emergencies, the IRC rapidly deploys unbiased assets of relief to those in need.

  • Junction, Cantigny Flash-Fire Relief (Status: Post-Disaster Relief Underway)
  • Trans-Nineveh Administrative Removal of Humans (Status: Ongoing Care to Displaced)
  • Sinhai Administrative Removal of Humans (Status: Settling of Displaced Persons Underway)

The Commonwealth and all her assorted territories in Coronado and Ferèzanno, following extensive deliberations within her own internal legislature, has come to the conclusion that as a whole Federal entity that as a result of a failure of a unanimous consensus regarding the participation of the Commonwealth within the Blue Cross - that it would instead be handled on a prefecture basis. That is to say, constituent entities within the Commonwealth would participate within and contribute to, the Blue Cross independently. The working list of constituents which have voted in their own local legislatures for application is as follows:

  • Ferèzanno Prefecture
  • Riò Vittorio
  • Santo Pablo
  • Saõ Miguel
Sincerely yours,
Benito M. Nadanèz,

The simple Christian nature of the International Blue Cross prohibits it from operating with Cakchiquelian citizens or with it's authority. The International Blue Cross is not recognized as a legitimate body by the Cakchiquelian state.

Standing Commission, International Blue Cross

Goodwill and charity has not yet died in Europe, that much is for certain. In honor of four new members, the International Blue Cross has raised a new research center to discover cures to humanities most deadly diseases and afflictions. This new Research Center has been spearheaded by Ziv donations, but has not been given a name or location yet.

Private or National Donations are welcome, and will decide where we construct and what we name our Research Center, which will seek to improve our collective quality of life and survival rate.

Ministry of State

The government of the American Union is willing to exempt the workers of this research centre from applying to visas. Also, the State of Manitoba is willing to exempt the local research centre from property taxes, and make a contribution towards covering the cost of the centre, up to %20 of the centre's establishment costs, should it establish the centre in Syracuse Beach, Platt County. Syracuse Beach is an 'high-tech zone' of the City of Boston and a part of the Brain Coast, a concentration of knowledge-based industries near the City of Boston, and the greatest collection of such endeavours in all of America.

Also, the Federal government under the combined terms of the Scientific Industries Promotion Act of 1995 (An Act to further Promote the Scientific Industries) and the Charitable Institutes Act of 1921 (An Act regulating the Charitable Institutes), is willing to exempt the centre from all federal taxes and make the contributions to it tax-deductible. Also, it will make the purchases the utilities costs of the centre (water, electricity, sewage) VAT-free; In addition, the federal government is prepared to cover up to %60 of the centre's establishment costs.

Also, several good-will 'global charity' private charity organisations are willing to budget more money to donate to the International Blue Cross should the centre be established in America, and we have received calls from several such interested organisations.

Seeing it as our highest aim to increase the well-being of all people, the West Germanic Federation sees no plausible alternative to recognising the efforts of the IBC and integrating their agenda into our own code of military law, aswell as tintgerating and perpetuating their organisation in our civil community.

I, President Leeuwenhof, hereby apply for the GWF's membership in the Standing Commision.

President of the Federation of Germanic Federation
