the PM was quick to reply "Ah, hello Mr. Pietri so I'm just going to get straight to the point here, I was wondering if Veniasufia would be able to base ships, aircraft and a few thousand personnel out of Justiza as part of our new Kalahari fleet it would be used to patrol Justinian waters and defend Justiza from any aggressive action, all land that they would be based off of would belong the the Ministry of Defence and be classed as Veniasufian sovereign territory but still officially be a part of Justiza and under Justinian Law, We would pay for any costs incurred along the way, anyway now I have said my piece is there any questions or anything you wish or need to discuss" he sat almost shaking in his chair whilst waiting for an answer that could change Veniasufias standing in the Kalahari and ultimately the world.
