This is exactly why Communism should be not only feared, but intolerable amongst the people. People look to government for security, peace, and a sense of calmness. Governments formed from violent ideals will eventually only be feared and hated by the masses. Take action my brothers and sisters! No longer can we allow these violent rebels into our towns, and corrupt our youth. The people who harbor these dangerous vermin, are no better than they. As Kancler, I am forced to take action. From now on, the ZPF (Zvezni preiskovalni Force), will have special permission to search houses without consent. They have been instructed to only do so under severe suspicion.
