LEVO-KADIKISTANI TREATY OF NAVAL PURCHASE AND TRADES
Levo-Kadikistani Treaty of Naval Purchase and Trades between the Tiburan Republic States of the Levant and the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan, settled by Ammiratus Ammiratorum (Commander of Commanders) Daym Amadea Valaiolotina of Sarau, Senatorial Envoy for Senator Frederick von Mariwiga, Vir Spectablis, War Secretary of the Republic, on the part of the War Ministry, and General Ivan Tsjekova, Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars, Chairman of the Council for People's Commissariats for Agriculture, Trade, Fishing and Industry, the said Ammiratus Ammiratorum Daym Amadea Valaiolotina of Sarau acting under the dual authority from Senator Frederick von Mariwiga, Vir Spectablis, and Senator Erard de Sarvand, Vir Spectablis, Foreign Secretary of the Republic, themselves invested with full power and authority from Senator Sohier of Ersut, Vir Gloriosus, of the Most Noble College of Segazdryhten, popularly elected by the Most Honourable Grand Council of the Levantine States Senate to direct and control all the affairs of foreign and military adventure belonging to the Tiburan Republic States of the Levant, and the said General Ivan Tsjekova, duly invested with full power on the part of the Council of People’s Commissars of the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan.
The Council of People’s Commissars of the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan grants full permission for the purchase of one Kadikistani Colossus Class Light Fleet Aircraft Carrier, with a present status of commenced construction; the vessel shall be delivered upon completion of her build to a Levantine naval complement, to arrive at the Kadikistani location of launch a week prior; the Kadikistani Colossus Class shall be adopted as the Levantine Serviam Class, and the delivered vessel christened as N.T.R.P. Serviam at commissioning in Scripcrae.
The Council of People’s Commissars of the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan grants full permission for the release for, and purchase of, the research and development acquired by the former to complete the Kadikistani Colossus Class Light Fleet Aircraft Carrier vessels, by the Tiburan Republic States of the Levant; the research and development is to be delivered upon the Council of People’s Commissars immediately receiving the agreed sum of coin from the Levantine States Senate, through Ammiratus Ammiratorum Daym Amadea Valaiolotina of Sarau, Senatorial Envoy for Senator Frederick von Mariwiga, Vir Spectablis, War Secretary of the Republic, in Kadikistan.
The Tiburan Republic States of the Levant engages never to make deployment of the purchased Kadikistani Colossus Class vessel for the commitment of any act of hostility or aggression against the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan and her interests within the Kalahari Sea, or against the Status Quo of the Kalahari Sea. In the event of differences arising, whatever adjustment the Colloege of Segazdryhten’s weighing matters in the scale of truth and justice may determine, shall have the Council of People’s Commissars’ entire acquiescence. The Tiburan Republic States of the Levant agrees not to deploy or exercise the purchased Kadikistani Colossus Class vessel to or in the Kalahari Sea, except with the knowledge and consent of the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan.
The College of Segazdryhten of the Tiburan Republic States of the Levant grants full permission for the exchange of coin to financially furnish this Levo-Kadikistani Treaty of Naval Purchase and Trades to the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan; the Levantine States Senate shall deliver two-hundreds-forty-millions besants (240,000,000B) ($240,000,000) to the Council of People’s Commissars upon the signing of this treaty, for the purchase of the Kadikistani Colossus Class vessel and as trade for the research of and accompanying the Kadikistani Classus Class vessel.

This Treaty consisting of four Articles, has been this day settled by Ammiratus Ammiratorum Daym Amadea Valaiolotina of Sarau, Senatorial Envoy for Senator Frederick von Mariwiga, Vir Spectablis, War Secretary of the Republic, on the part of the College of Segazdryhten of the Tiburan Republic States of the Levant, and by General Ivan Tsjekova, Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars, Chairman of the Council for People's Commissariats for Agriculture, Trade, Fishing and Industry, on the part of the Council of People’s Commissars of the Democratic Republic of Kadikistan.
