With the pact between the Kingdom of Occitania and the People's Republic of Serenierre severed, and rising tensions. Half a million men on duty became one million men on duty, then two million and they've begun marching, Occitan folk songs being sung along their way. They march to the hills of the royal duchy, preparing fortifications all the way from the West to God's Range. They prepare runways and perform drills, previously, communists would be all over the place chanting and protesting at the army. They've all... disappeared now. Many expect war, a few expect they'll never come back and embrace their families before they go. Many are still optimistic that Serenierre would not go ahead with an invasion. For the time being, the country is on edge, no man is at peace.

Director General Konstante Arlegui sends a message to the appropriate ministers of Retalia and Eiffelland, military access in the Flonikian peninsula is granted until Serenierre backs down, if Serenierre backs down. Along with this, the production of more military aeroplanes begins and runways are set up all over the country. Eiffelland is offered access to Occitan factories in order to produce more aeroplanes.

The Occitan patrols are set to high alert. Director Amiral Alvise Nola mobilizes the navy who are thus on standby.

Dear Sir,
There has been an increase in activity along the Kingdom of Occitania, with heavy personnel movement evidenced by the latest satellite images. Signals intelligence has also been picking up enhanced propaganda being broadcast on the public frequencies and decryption analysis has revealed that certain naval units have been mobilized and the Occitanian Government has started constructing aircraft and runways, although it remains to be seen whether such hasty and ill thought out action at the highest level would bear any fruitful result in any potential conflict. It has also been rather puzzling to us that official news in the country seems to be suggesting that two million personnel have been activated, however, we remain doubtful about the veracity of such claims given the state of the infrastructure of the Kingdom, as revealed to us by our surveillance.
