Confirmation has reached many intelligence agencies in Himyar that criminals with thick mustaches and white skin have been attempting to broker arms deals with the PFLL Faction. The deals include small arms, explosives, medicine, and money.

Commercial vessels docking in Moyo come with new materials to aid the PFLL's war effort. Freighters, barges, and sometimes small boats offloaded their commercial materials with hidden contents. Old Kadikistani-licensed criminal weapons, medicine, bombs, mortars, and sometimes drugs. The vessels operated with Austwegian flags. The crews were white men who spoke an indeterminate, unfamiliar language from somewhere far North. They came with interpreters wearing thick mustaches that spoke the native language well enough. The crews appeared on the surface to be entirely unarmed, abiding by commercial shipping laws.
