The relationship between Germania and the KPR is of the greatest important to the First Marshal and the SDC, we are concerned however that our mutually-beneficial ties could be endangered by misunderstandings on security issues. To prevent and such misunderstandings we propose that our states take steps to improve military-to-military ties. We propose that as the first step towards improved ties our nations exchange military attaches, Franken and Danmark would be permitted to establish military missions in Kyiv while Kyiv would establish military missions in Franken and Danmark. By opening direct channels between our military forces we can build trust, increase transparency and lay the groundwork for future security cooperation.

His Majesty's Danic Government is mindful of the progress that has been made in Dano-Kyivan relations and overtures to the Germanian League in general. We are of the belief that these are meaningful and are encouraging on a range of bilateral and multilateral levels in international relations and contributory to regional stability and advancement.

In response to the offer to exchange military attaches by the KPR as part of the on-going process of continuing improvement and enhancement of relations and in order to facilitate trust and respect, HMDG is of the belief that it would be bad faith not to respond in a reciprocal fashion and so will accept the offer.

We are desirous this latest move can continue in easing the passage of solid relations between the KPR and the Germanian League in general and a meeting of minds on common areas of interest.
