Headquartered in the Palacio Verde, Avenida da Pombal, Ribamar, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the arm of the Beiran Government that represents the voice of the United Kingdom in international politics. It drafts governmental policy and forwards and maintains the interests of Beirans worldwide. It is responsible of maintaining the economic, cultural and social partnerships between the United Kingdom and the other nations of the world.​

Esteemed Ms. Pherson,

The Government and Folk of the Commonwealth of Deira and the larger Community salutes the Socialist Republic of Nieveland. As brothers in faiths, cousins in culture, it is but naturals that we must stand together in those vile times, with so many evils lurking about preying on the innocent and the weak. In this day and age, it is but with solidarity, respect and good Christian values that likeminded nations must come together and open up their arms in respect of each other, in solidarity to each other's problems and in friendship towards each others' peoples.

The Thaumantic isn't the barrier the continentals present it, as it is a way of communication for us, island nations on the periphery of Gallo-Germania, but on the centre of our very own world. Hence, we propose that the Commonwealth of Deira and the Socialist Republic of Nieveland will come together closer, for they share many societal, religious and cultural values, so it is natural for them to work together in symbiotic development of each other, with full respect towards the interest of their peoples.

Thus, the Government and Folk of Deira hereby invites the right honourable Aelis Pherson and a delegation of her choosing to come to Newham in a state visit, to work with the Deiran government in creating stronger commercial and political bonds between our two nations.

To the attention of the Right Honourable Jordan Christian Woods, Foreign Secretary of the Commonwealth of @Deira.

Dear Mr. Woods,

I hope that you have been in good health and fortune since I last had the honour and pleasure of exchanging communication with you.

The Kingdom of Caria, now fully confident and steadfast in its new constitutional reality, is ever thankful to the Commonwealth of Deira for its assistance that the transition of Caria from a republic to a monarchy was done in keeping with respect for the rule of law and the rights of the people to have a say in their government. With this in mind, His Carian Majesty has directed me to extend an invitation to His Excellency, the Lord Protector, to a meeting in Nauplia to discuss relations and future prospects for more permanent cooperation between our nations.

Deira, it ought not be denied, is one of the large historic powers of Europe, and a close friend of Caria. Likewise, Caria has much in common with Deira, and is a major maritime power, with control over one of important shipping bottlenecks of the world. Therefore, the prospect of warm relations between us would benefit not only our peoples, but Europe as a whole.
