Subject; Agreement with Republic of Crotobaltislavonia The Prime Minister's Cabinet met today to discuss the possibility of canceling defense agreements with the neighboring republic. The meeting was convened following a steady deterioration of civil rights within the country. Following a death of the President Hodija, the state of civil rights has seen an enormous deterioration, while normal life has been "militarized."

Reports of 'armed clashes' between Etruscan border police and Crotobaltislavonian security forces have yet to be confirmed. At this time we have no knowledge of any armed clash. Armed foreign forces were confronted with the People's Army and forced to disarm before being escorted to the border. All our forces are on strict orders not to fire unless engaged. We have unilaterally revoked your mandate to govern the Lars-Gunnland highway, but are willing to come to a solution regarding its use. Foreign transporters will be allowed to return home after a short processing for security reasons. All foreign citizens are allowed to leave the country with nothing in their way, including embassy personnel although we will not be closing any existing embassies from our end.

It is our determination to bring true and lasting stability to this country for the first time in decades. Our neighbours will profiteer from this in the long run as we are committed to regional stability and peace. Nonetheless we will not allow our positive project to be threatened and left vulnerable. That is why in response to the Etruscan mobilisation in the West we will dispatch more forces to the border region as a defensive measure. Through our alliance with the Kadikistani Union we have also asked for additional divisions to help bolster our strength and secure the great advancements already made. We reach out our hand, but do not make us demonstrate our resolve.

Subject; Crotobaltislavonia -The authorities hope that all ODS citizens will return to their homeland without any physical damage being caused to them and that they are not deprived of their material or immaterial assets. -Consular authorities and embassies will remain operative within the former Republic of Crotobaltislavonia and will guarantee refuge and protection to any local citizen who makes a regular request. -The border remains closed, with the exception of applicants for political protection. The highway entrance towards Gunnlland has been closed and is under control by the military, like any other strategic access to the Federal Kingdom. "An international agreement, which includes three parts, cannot be changed unilaterally by a single country and force the remaining parties to accept it."
