CONFIDENCIAL

To: The Honourable Nikolaos Veltijos
From: The Honourable Manuel Albares

Greetings sir. I am Manuel Albares. Foreign Minister of the Continental Imperio de Justosia. Firstly, following my sovereign, I should like to extend our deepest sympathies to your new government & people over the cowardly atrocity that was the assassination of the Imperial Couple. Our hearts & prayers remain with you.

Secondly, I have been instructed by my sovereign to relay our governments' concern over potential strife within your armed forces. Specifically your navy & air force. My sovereign is concerned these reported desertions could spread. Given our proximity to each other, we seek assurances the aforementioned remain loyal to you. The legitimate government of your lands.

Respectfully & sincerely,

Manuel Albares
Foreign Minister

Dear Minister Veltikos,

The events in Pelasgia did not go unnoticed in Eiffelland and Al-Magrab. We are very worried about the situation, and want to see if we can contribute to a solution.

Pelasgia's recent history shows many internal conflicts and violent switches of government styles. None of these switches has led to a final solution, and it is highly probable that, if the current civil war is fought out until one of the factions comes out victorious, the next civil war will break out soon.

It is our aim to look for a long-term solution for Pelasgia that suits everyone and lays the basis for a prosperous development of the country. In order to achieve that, the governments of Eiffelland and Al-Magrab want to invite representatives of the Propontis-government, the Decelea-government, the self-proclaimed provisional government of Tyrasia and the people of Hierosolyma to Barqah for negotiations.
We realise that the presence of representatives of the self-proclaimed provisional government of Tyrasia is a sensitive topic. However, we have to realise that the self-proclaimed provisional government of Tyrasia is one of the major factions in the current situation in Pelasgia; therefore, they cannot be ignored in peace negotiations.

Best regards,

Dr. Norbert Schmelzer, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Eiffelland
Azzeddine Bouzariou, Chancellor of Al-Magrab

Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Official Communiqué

Decelea | 27/09/2021 | TOP SECRET
Your Excellencies,

The Pelasgian Empire would like to offer its most heartfelt thanks to the Kingdom of Eiffelalnd for its condolences regarding the deaths of Their Imperial Majesties, and its continued concern and care for the welfare of our people.

We do not presently intend to enter into negotiations with the usurpers in Decelea; however, we would be willing to engage in preliminary talks with representatives of the Tyrasian secessionist groups, given our potential mutual interests, despite our abhorrence at having to enter into talks with the slayers of our beloved Sovereign.

That being said, we would ask that these talks only take place in absolute secrecy and with low-level delegates--Prime Minister Aristeides Vrachnos has prepared a list of Pelasgian delegates for that purpose. Evidently, if news of these talks were to surface, they could be used by the Decelean usurpers to harm the image of our cause.

Dear Minister Veltikos,

Thank you for taking talks with the Tyrasian secessionist groups into consideration. It is also in our interest that these talks take place in secrecy. We propose to hold them in a venue near the coastal village of Sidi Ghouzia, in Al-Magrab. It is possible to arrive there in absolute secrecy.

We are also willing to deliver funds, ammunition and military equipment to the Propontis Government. We are thinking of missiles, missile launching installations, helicopters, guns with ammunition, trucks, tanks, IFVs and APCs. We are also thinking of very strong radio senders and a data centre to start a propaganda offensive over the internet.

Best regards,

Dr. Norbert Schmelzer, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Eiffelland
Azzeddine Bouzariou, Chancellor of Al-Magrab

CONSTITUTIONAL STATE OF NATAL
Estado Constitucional de Natal
Communication 22/25.10.21; Public: ■ │ Reserved: □ │ Top Secret: □
Ministry of External Affairs
─────────────────────────────────────────

TO: Legitimate government of Pelasgia
SUBJECT: Recognition, Crisis, Legitimacy

Your excellencies,

As you know, despite our ideological differences, the Constitutional State of Natal has always been a close ally and friend of the Pelasgian nation and we have been some of the first whom have recognised the restoration of the Empire and aided Pelasgian national aspirations against the mandate system. Today, the Constitutional State is horrified by the events happening in Decelea and we will impose sanctions and propose embargoes from the WOTO on the ultra-statist usurpers and rebels with the hopes that we will remain close allies and friends to the legitimate government in Propontis.

We wish to state that we will continue to provide support to the legitimate government of Pelasgia and will continue to recognize it as the sole representative and administrator of the Pelasgian people and nation.

Signed and Sealed,
Pedro Herrera
Minister of Foreign Affairs
