Doxaris, Minister of Foreign Affairs	The Ministry's Mission The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is a cabinet-level office of the the Government of Pelasgia. Headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry is generally divided into three branches: (i) diplomatic; (ii) administrative; and (iii) expertise. The Ministry is responsible for Pelasgia's international representation, for the maintenance of relations with and the protection of Pelasgian nationals abroad, and for the advancement and safeguarding of the interests of the Pelasgian Empire. To carry out these tasks, the Ministry maintains Pelasgia's expansive diplomatic network of embassies and consulates throughout Europe. The Minister The incumbent Minister of Foreign Affairs is the Hon. Anastasios K. Doxaris. Born on 21 June 1963 on Chelonis Island, Mr. Doxaris studied law and at the Imperial University of Propontis (APP). He practiced law and obtained a masters degree in international law from the University of Nauplia in Caria, before joining the Foreign Ministry as a legal adviser in 1992. He has served as President of the Propontis Bar Association (2007), as well as Head of the International Law Division of the Legal Council of the State (2012). He joined the National Liberal Union in 1993 and was elevated to its General Committee in 2017. In 2022, he was elected to the Boule of Representatives for his native Chelonis, and he was appointed to his current office later that year. Legal Framework and History The Ministry of Foreign Affairs traces its roots to the Logothesion (Department) of the Drome, an office of the medieval Propontine Empire and its main successor, the Levantine Empire. Under Carian rule, the Governorate-General of Pelasgia was allowed a distinct network of Government Offices abroad, which transformed into a formally distinct diplomatic service in 2003. In 2022, following Pelasgia's return to full independence, the Ministry was established by way of Law 25/2022, which is still the primary instrument governing its operations.​

The Pelasgian People's Republic has not made any threats of attacking trade. Our statement is a clear legal rule: one cannot facilitate trade of a nation with which it has no diplomatic relations.

Regarding the so-called ideology of "international communism", of which we have never heard, Pelasgia's position has always been the same: we believe that all nations should eventually come to liberate themselves from bourgeois tyranny. That does not mean that we actively promote violent revolution of any kind or that we seek to impose our ideology by force of arms.

Pelasgia, committed to the principles of National Bolshevism and Marxism-Siderism, always stands ready to assist the nations of Europe in safeguarding their gains against the bourgeoisie and its imperialist domination. That being said, we have not, and do not, seek to impose liberation on those who would not seek it themselves. One cannot save a slave from his own chains, if he himself does not want to be rid of them.

In short, Pelasgia will defend all existing socialist nations, but it will not seek to export socialism to other nations via force of arms.

It is regrettable that we must share any sort of burden associated with the lack of diplomatic recognition on the grounds of paranoid ideological differences, but simultaneously it reaffirms our determination to not submit to the forces of the Global Exploitation Conspiracy, who seek to condemn the people to slavery and the fruits of their labor to merciless exploitation, their lands to imperialism and colonization, and their way of life and freedom of thought stifled in the name of God, the monarch, or whatever pathetic figurehead they parade like a Golden Calf.

To that end, this office wishes to extend an invitation to yours on the possibility of a diplomatic summit between our great peoples, so that we may take stock of the state of the international world and our collective place in it, and with the intent of strengthening bilateral bonds already established on the basis of similar ideologies: power to the working class, faith in democracy and socialism, and freedom from exploitation and oppression. We also, ambitiously, hope that such talks may lead to further diplomatic fruits in the realm of multilateral relations, which can be expanded upon in such a meeting should your office choose to accept.

Subject: Summit for Pan-Himyari Cooperation

Honourable colleagues,

As recent events have demonstrated our common home of Himyar is still not safe from the perilous woes of external interference, colonialism, and exploitation. Whereas the Ebony Continent is the wealthiest habitat known to man, and, indeed, the one where man first emerged, it has not been allowed to pursue its full potential for unparalleled prosperity and wealth by reason of the double ills of foreign (particularly Gallo-Germanian) predation and internal disunity.

With this in mind, it is incumbent upon me to extent to you an invitation from the Hon. Vasileios Komnenopoulos, Prime Minister of the Union of Pelasgia, to your respective heads of government to visit Propontis for the purpose of a high-level summit. In this summit, it is the hope of my government that our three nations, as Himyar's largest and most prominent independent countries, can work together to set the lasting foundations for Pan-Himyari unity and cooperation.

The cooperation and solidarity demonstrated between us to alleviate the plight faced by our brethren in Al-Maghrab and Hajr is a first step in that direction. It is our hope that this small first step can serve as a solid basis for the creation of an economic union and permanent discussion forum to encourage trade and resolve disputes between the Three Himyar Lions.

Only thus can we ensure a peaceful, prosperous and free Himyar for us and for our children.​

Given Jugol's central position between Pelasgia and Natal, the Union of Pelasgia would be perfectly amenable to its use as an alternative forum to Propontis, provided that our colleagues from @Natal are also in agreement.​
