TO: The governments of the world
Subject: Coronation invitation

Esteemed representatives,

The Grand Principality of Vitebsk wishes to convey its topmost wishes of peace and prosperity to all nations of the globe and wishes to thus invite delegations from all over Europe to the celebrations of the coronation of the new monarch of the Principality, as his former Majesty, Grand Prince Alyaksandr III has abdicated, as his ill health and exhaustion has made it impossible for him to continue his duties as sovereign of the nation.

For this, the Rada has signed an agreement convening to break the Salic traditions of the Raven Throne, agreeing to invest his majesty's eldest daughter, Princess Yuliya Anastasiya as the new reigning monarch of Vitebsk.

Hence, the Grand Principality of Vitebsk wishes to invite to the capital city delegates from all-over the world to the coronation ceremony and royal ball of the future monarch of Vitebsk, her Majesty Grand Princess Yuliya II.

Signed and Sealed,
Kipryjan Luckievič
Minister of Foreign Affairs
