Honourable Ambassador,

It is no secret that Pelasgia, Beautancus and the Vaquero Free State have been drawn together through a web of alliances; Pelasgia recently concluded its Treaties of Amity and Free Trade with Beautancus and then the Free State, while the Free State and Beautancus have shown increasing levels of cooperation in their own right. Cooperation has extended well beyond mere economic ties, as I am sure you are aware, well into the level of strategic diplomatic, intellligence and defence considerations.

To any intelligent observer this is far from surprising: our countries share common civic and cultural traits which make their outlook on the world rather similar. We all share the understanding the hierarchy, class cooperation, tradition, martial spirit and nationalism are necessary for the survival of any free polity and the people whose vessel such a polity is. Indeed, we also seem to share a common perspective on what the dangers to a peaceful and prosperous Europe aligned with these fundamentally true values are, and who represents these dangers in the globe at this moment.

To this end I extend an open invitation to your government: the Pelasgian meeting would like to host a meeting of delegates from the three aforementioned countries in Propontis, to discuss a more direct and permanent basis for the ties between us, and the kinds of cooperation that could pursue our common interests and aspirations for our respective regions, and for Europe as a whole. An agreement to this effect would bring the standing of our countries, and of the ideals they represent, to a new level in Europe, such that we will be able to stand strong against the growing blocs of enemies who seek to undermine truth, peace and morality in our world.

On behalf of my nation and its government I would be honoured to attend such a meeting between our respective nations, such a bloc would guarantee all of our nation's security and well-being for the future. The Vaquero Free State has built strong beneficial relationships with both Confederated States of Beautancus and the Pelagsian Empire and the people of the Vaquero Free State would be pleased to see such relations continue in a more permanent form.
