Radek Begins Speaking Tour
Generalissimo Alexander Radek, the newly installed chief of state of Crotobaltislavonia began a speaking tour of the country this morning beginning with a speech to Banja Luka's Shining Path Troop #1. Radek's speech to the boys and girls included mentions of strength through joy, home and hearth, blood and soil, and God and country. Radek also spoke of the scourge of Blud and promised action against the drug cartel. After speaking to the Shining Path troop, Generalissimo Radek moved on to visit an old veterans home in Foca. Radek's itinerary in the coming week includes stops in Novi Grad, Chodov, and Hartem.

Cartel Promises Response
CBS News has recieved and audio recording from the Blud Cartel. The authenticity of the recording as been confirmed by sources and Banja Luka Police. On the recording, an unidentified Cartel member condemns the new military junta and the renewed official hostility towards the Yiddish population of Crotobaltislavonia. The Cartel member also promises to reciprocate any renewed official violence against the Cartel or the Yiddish people. The Free Jewish Coalition has condemned the recording's content, saying, "Hodiah and Sobel proved the cycle of violence can end. Let's not tarnish their legacies."

The Free Canton takes offense at being labeled a "narco-state" by the Virumaa Ekspress based solely on the actions of a few bad characters. It is true that Crotobaltislavonia is in a hard fought war against against Blud, it's manufacturers, it's traffickers, and it's dealers. The camera shifts to the right and zooms in. Over Ajda's shoulder appears a Yiddish star set against flames.

"Our lead story this morning, continuing coverage of the search for Generalissimo Radek. At an early press conference, Chief Cabinet Secretary Radomira Kristina Stojanović reported that police tactical units conducted over a dozen more raids yesterday on suspected hiding places of the captive Radek. Radek was not recovered, but eight high profile Yiddish gangsters were detained for interrogation.

Cut to footage starting with a shot from a helicopter overflying a mountain-top complex of buildings. Heavy armored fighting vehicles surround the complex. The footage changes to a shot of a large helicoptor with an artillery piece slung underneath. The footage changes to a shot of heavily armed infantry in green berets marching in line up a muddy road.

Ajda in voice-over: "Army units continue to converge on the mountain-top chateau of Jacob Azarin, a financial tycoon from Krasrilevke, who is suspected of being the mastermind behind the Blud Cartel. The Army intervention comes after the Jay-Tee-See's failed attempt to arrest Azarin at his fortified home. The Chateau, in lower Pannonia District, is said to be a fortress, defended with pilfered heavy weapons manned by Yiddish veterans of the Seven Day War. The Defense Ministry has said it is not ruling out using rockets and artillery if Azarin does not surrender within the next twenty-four hours."

Back on Ajda in the studio, she is standing, revealing she is wearing a pair of black cargo pants tucked into military boots. Behind her on the screen is a large group of handcuffed men and women standing in a courtroom.

"This morning, seventy-four Yiddish provocateurs, were hauled before the Banja Luka Municipal Court to answer to charges of Demonstration Without Permit. All pleaded not-guilty. The Public Procurator's request that the accused be held without bail until their trials was accepted by the judge. The accused, forty-one men and thirty-three women, are students at the Jewish Technical Institute. The Institute was closed by Banja Luka authorites over the weekend.

"Our lead story this afternoon, another Yiddish round up. This morning, Army soldiers, the regional police quick reaction force, and local Slavonian militia raided Anatevka, a shtetl south of Krasrilevke. Ministry of Defense spokeswoman Veronica Renate Anselmetti, speaking at a press conference earlier this afternoon, had this to say.

Cut to press conference where a middle aged Slav woman, not bad looking, is speaking. "The Army-led operation met minimal resistance. The Cartel gunmen in the village fired a few shots and then fled to Krasrilevke. The village's inhabitants did not resist being rounded up. They will be taken care of at a transit camp in Olnitz-Slavonia District while they await deportation to Polesian."

Back on Ajda in the studio. "Today's raid and deportation marks the final concentration of Yiddish settlement outside of Krasrilevke. Sources within the Army say that is where the major battle with organized resistance from Trivodnian veterans of the Seven-Day War will be. The same sources indicate all options are on the table if the city does not capitulate and accept deportation of its Yiddish residents. However, there are concerns the Yiddish gangsters will keep Krasrilevke's Slavonians from fleeing and use them as human shields during any large-scale attack."

The graphic over Ajda's shoulder changes to a picture of Burgogne in flames. "Also making news this afternoon, more unrest in Burgogne. In a town called Saint-Imre, disaffected labores have taken to the streets demanding greater autonomy for their homeland from the Elben-led Greater Northern Empire. Coming up next, our blue ribbon panel of experts will weigh in on the pros and cons of Germanian imperialism in Gallia. I'll be back in one hundred and eighty seconds."

We are shocked and disturbed to see Jewish civilians being rounded up into military trucks as part of forced deportations. We urge Banja Luka to differentiate between violent Bludcartels and innocent civilians who have nothing to do with the organised crime and violence in Crotobaltislavonia.

If Banja Luka truly has no interest nor intention of keeping civilian Jewish Yiddish-speaking populations in their homes, Nedernesia offers this:

We will airlift Jews from Crotobaltislavonia to Nedernesia for resettlement. Any Jew who is willing to come to Nedernesia will be welcomed. Nedernesia will pay for the entire airlift operation and will also provide monetary and integration assistance to those making the journey. We only ask for Banja Luka's cooperation in making this operation a reality.

Furthermore, as a gesture of goodwill and solidarity, we are willing to investigate possible Bludcartel usage of Nedernesian financial institutions for their money laundering and transfer operations. Any information that we find that could be of help to Banja Luka in combating Bludcartel violence would be shared with your intelligence services. This is on condition that we are able to extricate the Jewish population that is willing to relocate to Nedernesia.

The Nedernesian government has displayed its true intentions today in a communiqué which served to respond to the domestic anti-terrorism operations taking place in Crotobaltislavonia. We are outraged at the thought of vital information that could be used to end the horrible crime-wave and bloodshed being withheld by Nedernesian intelligence services solely for the fact that they can use it as leverage. The fight against the Bludcartels is an international conflict that takes place everywhere where blud is being sold on the streets and requires the effort of all nations suffering from it. Such effort is first and foremost a domestic duty of all the nations involved, but a minimum of international cooperation without demanding something in return would be the true meaning of solidarity.

Clearly the Nedernesian government has a warped view on the meaning of the word 'solidarity' if they see investigating Bludcartel usage of their financial institutions as a gesture of goodwill rather than it being something that should be expected from all governments pretending to serve their respective people's. This leads us to wonder why Nedernesian authorities have abstained from making this efforts so far. The evident answer being the capitalist disease festering, a small group of elites profiteering while the people are left to suffer for their greed.

As much as we condemn the Nedernesian attempt at blackmailing of our Slavonian allies, we applaud the People's Government in Banja Luka for their resolute stance and deeply effective methods against organised crime and the suffering it causes.

If Banja Luka and Ivar truly believe in human rights and are sincere about the fight against organised crime, then they will have no qualms in helping us airlift civilian Jews to Nedernesia.

The difference between armed criminals and civilians must be understood. The large Jewish population in Nedernesia is concerned for the wellbeing of their brethren in CBS.

Perhaps if the civilian Jews had not been inhumanely uprooted from their shtetls and shlepped into military trucks, as if they were criminals, we would not find the need to be so adamant and clear about how serious we take the situation.

Information from the Royal Commonwealth Mounted Police Anti-Financial Crime Bureau and the Nedernesian Financial Conduct Authority can and will flow freely once a plan can be agreed upon with Banja Luka on how these civilians can safely and expeditiously be sent to Nedernesia.

If this cannot be arranged it will sadly show the true intentions of Banja Luka, which is to ethnically cleanse its territory of Jews.

As always the Nedernesian Government is open to other sensible ideas that could help the needy and support the fight against organised crime.

The Aurarine Republic harshly condemns the actions of the Crotobaltislavonian Government in the forcible removal of civilians from their homes under the auspices of criminal activity. This is a clear violation of the rights of man and to have any government actively engaged in such activity is a rejection of the social contract that governments and their people are bound to.

The need to combat the existence of the bludcartels is critical and necessary to ensure the continent's continued prosperity. However, the action laid out by the government serves no purpose to that broader fight and is rather an attempt to suppress the rights of the people.

The Republic calls upon Crotobaltislavonia to immediately cease these actions and allow the Jewish people to return to their homes.

In their continuous flow of coups and countercoups, dictators after dictators, pogroms, attacks on basic human decency and drug cartels running amok just shows how much the state institutions have eroded in Crotobaltislavonia and that it became nothing more than a xenophobic and opportunistic narco-state, propped up by Etrurian, Gunnish and Kadikistani aid. ​

The Federation of Natal will not tolerate the regimes coming and going in power in Banja Luka to be moving around people from historical communities like cattle. We ask the People's Republic of Polesia to reject this deportation and for the authorities in Baja Luka to end those practices that destroy lives. Until Crotobaltislavonia improves its human rights records, sees a democratic government be freely elected in power and it works together with all its minorities to fully integrate them in the fabric of their society and protects them from any abuses, while also ending the collusion between the cartels and the authorities which have allowed the blud producers and smugglers become so strong. ​

Until then, we will no only see the Free Cantons as the failed state that it is, but rather as a rogue state which has no interest in respecting the customary laws of Europe and to become a respectable actor in the international scene. Thus, until we see an improvement, the Federation of Natal sets up a series of economic sanctions, that will be stopping any member of the cabinet from dealing with any Natalian company. If the human rights record will go even lower, we will push for an extension of those sanctions through all the ODS and more.​

The Federation of Natal thoroughly condemns the coup d'etat and the illegal proclamation of the People's Republic of Crotobaltislavonia. The new regime stands, as the previous one against absolutely anything that would be held dear by a respectable nation and a responsible player on the international scene. ​

We hold the position that the new regime is nothing but a resurrection in continued form of the old totalitarian regime led by Raoul Farrago and the remnant of his cronies. It is and it will not be a government that will truly represent the peoples of Crotobaltislavonia, but rather the opportunistic vultures which have feasted upon the corpse of the Trivodnian Free State after its demise in the Seven Day War and are now yearning for some other victims too. ​

Lars-Gunnland Highway to be reopened by the end of the week
As the situation in the country normalizes and most citizens returned to their work and daily routines the People's Government expects to be able to reopen the Lars-Gunnland Highway by this saturday. During the Night of the Revolution the highway was closed and its foreign users safely escorted to the border because their safety could no longer be guaranteed. With a lasting stability established the final efforts to ensure the safety of all users of the highway, foreign and domestic, are being made. The People's Government also announced that further construction and maintenance of the highway will henceforth be provided by the State. To help finance these endeavours to promote regional trade a modest toll will be required at the border.

Yiddish people return to their homes
After efficiently processing our Yiddish fellow countrymen the Ministry of Ethnic Solidarity has announced earlier today that 96% of the Yiddish people who fell victim to the deportations of the old corrupt regime have been able to return home. The Ministry also announced that nearly 80% of them did so, while the remainder choose to voluntarily migrate to the People's Republic of Polesia. Only 2% of those deported were found to have credible ties with the Blud Cartel and currently remain incarcerated pending investigation. A minor incident occurred when several busses filled with Yiddish victims arrived in Banja Luka and drove past the Nedernesian consulate. According to our reporter in the field several of the returning Yiddish threw various objects in the direction of the consulate and shouted phrases like; "We are not your cattle!".
