The Democratic Republic of Caledonia hails to it's southern neighbours full of respect. While we understand the motives behind their concerns we wish to state that the Democratic Republic of Caledonia is a peace loving nation that wishes to continue the tradition of pragmatism and realpolitik that has characterised the foreign policy for our country since the proclamation of the 2nd republic back in 1956. For that, Caledonia wishes to keep a cordial relationship with the Kingdom of Gunnland and we are ready to cooperate closely with the authorities of the kingdom to keep the peace in the north.

For that, we are ready to negotiate and to come to a series of compromises. We are ready to offer safe passage to the royal family and to ex-Benadur Olivia mab Andras first to Gunnland and from there to their country of choosing, but we hope that this won't be used by the Kingdom of Gunnland as an opportunity to create an illegal foreign backed government and thus begin to fund state terrorism.

We will soon hold a referendum for the people to decide if they want to keep the new republican constitution and free elections will follow, but we won't accept a warmongering minority government like the one of the National Union led by Saig Madec to lead this country. Attached to this communique you will receive two invasion plans, one for the Kingdom of Boumerda and one for the Peninsular Republic. Those plans have been put together by the National Union with the goal of reigniting Caledonian imperialism, something which in this day and hour is not only unlikely but it would have been a serious mistake which would have brought Caledonia into a war with Boumerda and with Bourgogne and with the scheme of the alliances, with the whole Trier Concordat, bringing us all in a world war.

We hope that for the sake of the northern peoples, Gunnland will react friendly to the olive branch that we offer and that we won't see a Steel Wall being built along the Gothic Sea like we have seen in the 1950s. Each people has the right to self determination and the right to govern itself like it sees fit. Gunnish people may prefer a monarchy, but with our current proclamation, the Caledonians are now living in their 3rd republic. Only cooperation will save the peace and will keep war away. Let us continue to live in peace.

The letter you presume to write to us, as if you represent the legitimate authorities over the Caledonian people, is endlessly confusing.

Affairs of state in far Himyar, frankly, are of little concern to us. Even our finest minds cannot make sense of nonsensical modern doctrines like the "self-determination of peoples." Even if we could make sense of our neighbors' bizarre notions of legal and illegal governments, we could not consult usurpers like yourselves on such questions. If you indeed enjoy authority over your people, it is from God, and likely enough as a punishment from the notorious sins of the Caledonian people. If God sees fit to punish the people of Caledonia with a cabal of deranged usurpers, who are we to question His designs?

At this time, it is the opinion in Washbridge House that to negotiate with the junta would be disrespectful to HM King Mael Coluim V and the legitimate government of Caledonia. We cannot make any definitive statements about relations between our countries until we consult with the government. But if the rightful king and his ministers are unable to keep the peace in Caledonia, we are not inclined to do so for him.

It is sad to see how a hand offering an olive branch is being slapped by the Gunnish government. We have entered negotiations with the Empire of Carinthia-Harkany to allow for the royal family and for the last democratic Benadur of the Kingdom of Caledonia, Olivia mab Andra to leave the country and to continue their lives. As for the fascist tyrant, Saig Madec, we can't even expect for Gunnland to be a responsible player in the region so we won't even waste our time to ask the Gunnish government for his surrender, so that he can be brought to trial in Dun Eidyn for the coup he organised in the "March on Dun Eidyn". But rest assured, the State Security Administration will be watching the south closely so be sure that there will be no subversives trying to infiltrate our country to try to bring it back to the path of obscurantism, regressism and social ossification.

As what many would say that it is against our own interest, we still reach our olive branch in the hopes that in a moment of lucidity, the leaders of the Kingdom of Gunnland will understand the need for peace in the Gothic Sea. We won't enter a polemical debate about what God does or it doesn't and about what "modern doctrines" are really that had to understand or not, but we will simply state the following: Peace in our time is a must. And for that, not only us, the Caledonians have to work for it, but also the Gunnish men, for that too, probably it wouldn't be bad for the Gunnish state to fund some educative projects so that the leaders of the Gunnish state can understand modern and yet basic, political science. We would be glad to offer some placed at our universities, but we believe that they can find quality education in Hallein, Trier, Ivar, Propontis or Chagny too.

As we have stated before, the Democratic Republic of Caledonia wishes peace and stability in the northern regions of Europe, especially in the Gothic Sea. Leaving behind the chaos of the revolution, the old political parties which understood the crimes of the old Corporatist regime and never were nostalgic to it, unlike the National Union, have been recalled in their homeland to participate in the freshly called elections and to campaign either for or against the Republican Constitution in the coming referendum.

There is still an important issue at hand. Saig Madec has left during the apogee of the revolutionary spirit the city of Dun Eidyn in an helicopter, with the call sign Beith Dair Ruis Ruis (BDRR), owned by the Guardians of Peace, the forces of the Ministry of the Interior of Caledonia. We consider that Saig Madec is a dangerous man, orchestrating a coup d'etat, a March on Dun Eidyn which nearly destroyed our democracy, an infiltration on the largest and most important parties and the killing of demonstrators on the 11th of February. While we do have faith in the Gunnish courts we would feel better if he would be brought to trial to Dun Eidyn and he will be made to answer for his crimes before the people he was ready to send to war.

To further show our good will, Caledonia invites Gunnish observers to both the trial of Saig Madec, provided that he will be extradited by the Gunnish authorities but also to the coming vote, in which Caledonians will vote the members of the Parliament and also in the referendum regarding the political status of the country.

If a request authorized by Ms. Mab Andras is not forthcoming in 48 hours, we shall release Mr. Madec, unless the Thing charges him with a crime.

The Kingdom of Gunnland is prepared to resume normal diplomatic relations with Caledonia, provided elections take place, and provided the rights of the Church in Caledonia are respected.

I stand beside the provisional government of Caledonia and it's leader, Elia Neven in asking for the extradition of Saig Madec, as he is the true enemy which has butchered Caledonia's democracy and was ready to throw Europe into a world war for his own interests. While me and my party are against the use of violence in general, this time, I feel that we, the people of Caledonia have been pushed to take desperate action and we have managed to save our country and our people from complete destruction at the hands of the National Union.

I have chosen to reorganise the Country Party in Caledonia, after it was infiltrated and absorbed by the National-Syndicalist Party and thus formed the National Union. I have faith in the Prometheists to not take Kadikistan as a political example and replace the fascist dictatorship with a communist one, but to foster a democratic process. That is why I wish to call for the Kingdom of Gunnland to support this new post-revolutionary Caledonia, as stability and peace in the Gothic Sea is the most important aspect that we must defend.

Dear sirs,

The resistance against the atheist and anarchist republic still continues in Caledonia. Under the banner of the Royal and Catholic Army and with faith in God we put ourselves in His hands as we know that our quest is the equivalent of a modern crusade, but not against Saracens, but against atheism and republicanism. We wish to state that the newly reformed National Union, after the February Coup, which has destroyed the Kingdom of Caledonia, will follow the advice coming from the Integrity Party, as we need God fearing allies which can help and support us in making the Gothic Sea a territory of peace, stability and brotherhood.

The National Union will prefer to stay clear of whom we clearly support as the current head of the Caledonian monarchy, as Prince Tadgh has forfeited his rights by marrying a commoner and Mael Coluim has proven to be weak and unable to defend his subjects when the need came. With the untimely deaths of the late king Mael Coluim IV and Prince Ealair, we believe that we should look for a king in a cadet branch of the Blacach royal family, or in one of the clans enjoying a historical claim to the Caledonian throne, Munn, Sutharlainn, Loganach and clans Gunn and MacLeish enjoying this right too. We feel that this subject must be addressed only once the disbandment of the republic will be in sight.

We feel that the legal means to restore the kingdom are nonexistent as the current laws are created especially to keep the usurpers in power. We are also disappointed in a party for which he have thought that it was an ally, the National Democratic Party as they are providing no real opposition to satanic prometheism, but they are more like a part of the governing rotation system, providing only superficial change to a cancerous system.

We hope that the Kingdoms of Gunnland and Elben will support and help the National Union and its military wing, the Catholic and Royal Army in defeating the republic and thus bringing a period of stability, security and faith to the people of Caledonia.

Dear sirs,

It has come to our attention that before the ceasefire was declared and the call for the second referendum issued, certain members of the National Union, under the leadership of Seathan MacRath have called for help to carry on their fight against the government of Caledonia, promising the restoration of the monarchy and the potential crowning of a Gunn or a MacLeish as King of Caledonia.

Clan Blacach has always seen the kingdoms of Gunnland and Elben as allies and will naturally continue to go so, while it strives to keep the Gothic Sea stable and a bastion of the faith. But for this to happen, the same respect needs to be mutual and thus Gunnland and Elben see us in the same way we see them, as friends and allies.

As for the Nordic Throne, the compromise was accepted only with the promise that Mael Coluim will continue his reign. Naturally, we support an elective monarchy, so the other clans, together with Gunn and MacLeish will enjoy the right to nominate a potential king for Caledonia and then the Aonach will elect the future king.

Considering the latest polls, the restoration is a certainty. Thus, Clan Blacach wishes to look forward, after those glorious moments and start building bridges over the Gothic Sea with the brotherly nations of Gunnland and Elben. Caledonia is banned from joining military alliances in the NSQT, but it can always be closer to the two southern nations. One way of doing it is the expansion of the Viridian Union, a free trade and free travel zone between Caledonia, Loago and Cabaon, to encompass Gunnland and Elben too, but there is another way, which we feel that it might be much more powerful, and that is a marital union, as Mael Coluim is 27 year old but still a bachelor.

While currently we feel that this communique will be compared with what Seathan MacRath has promised, we must also state that currently, everything has been organised and the restored Kingdom of Caledonia will see a cabinet reshuffle and the return of Olibhia MacAnndra as Toiseach of Caledonia. We ask the leaders of Gunnland and Elben to think this through, especially when Clan Blacach is allied with Clans Loganach and Sutharlainn, thus having under its influence around 80% of the country's septs and accept our offer, as supporting the National Union might open a pandora's box from which the Gothic Sea regions would hardly recover.

It is with great sorrow that I have to contact you in those circumstances, but the situation is indeed tragic. Today we see Gallo-Germania invaded by the barbarous hordes of the east in the same way the Tiburan Empire was invaded by the Huns. The cracks have appeared in the red barrier and instead of the people of the east seeing the light of freedom and civilisation, we see that through them our world is being invaded.

Now is the time for the God fearing Christian peoples of Gallo-Germania to stand together against the wrath that pours onto them. While we hope those aren't the signs that we have to pay for our sins and arrogance, but mere trials that God passes onto us to make sure that we remain faithful and meek. There was, a long time ago, a period during which the Ivernians, the Virunians, the Geotrians, the Gunns and the Elbeners held hands together to show the world how successful was an alliance of nations whose policies are dictated by the teachings of the rightful faith of the Catholic Church. Today, sadly, Ivernia and Virumaa have strayed from the path of friendship offered by the Nordic Council, choosing the path of isolation.

Now we are ready to resist the oppressors and to defend the faith and heritage of the people of the north and wish to join you in defending the values and liberties of the peoples of northern Germania and Vaalbara. Our government still has the support of the State of Loago, an integral part of the Virunian realm but we will need support closer to home coming from Geotri, Gunnland and Elben so that we can start a war of liberation in Virumaa.

Much of our support from the people of Virumaa comes through the channels of the Church, which as of yet is deeply persecuted by the communist regime in Kuressaare. The articles posted on that propaganda sheet, the Uus Tee, calling for a return of "grasroot traditions of the Virunian people and the return to primitive communism" is nothing more than the return of paganism in the lands of Vaalbara. With these policies, the regime in Kuressaare, is ready to destroy holy places like the Glades of Saint Andrus, where recently there have been apparitions of Saint Mary reported by local monks and more than twenty monasteries holding an immeasurable amount of holy relics.

We request the support of the current countries of the Council of the North so that they can provide a base for the Crusade against Marxism that we are ready to start, once Operation Tuonela receives a green light.

In exchange to this support, the Free Virunian Government will officially join the Council and become a stalwart defender of christian civilisation, like Gunnland and Elben. We will participate in all operations organised by the Council and will provide funds for the future defence of the Catholic Church.

While we are glad that we have caught the attention of the Council of the North, I cannot but hasten you to act. What we need to see a free, strong and God fearing Virumaa are ports and bases for us to use to supply our units once Operation Tuonela is to be given green light.

Our plan is that one we manage to gain the support of a critical amount of soldiers and officers in the Democratic Army, to organise a pronunciamiento in Raasiku and with a lightning operation to manage to take over the majority of the military bases and cities and then to march triumphantly in Kuressaare. Should this plan fail and we will see ourselves in front of a prolonged conflict, we will need to support of the Council of the North, if not with volunteers and weapons, at least with the use of its bases as supply points for our partisans which will be fighting in Virumaa.

The problem now is that sadly, there is no time to deliberate and still think of what to do. Violence has already erupted and we fear that the more we wait, the more chances there are for our movement to be found, infiltrated and destroyed by the RKT and our only hope to see a white north, shattered.
