The Government of Pelasgia would like to congratulate the new Sovereign of Justosia on Her Majesty's ascension to the Throne of the Continental Empire. Given that this ascension of a new Sovereign is poised by many to mark the beginning of a new era of Justosian foreign policy, we have taken the initiative to try to bridge the gap separating our two great countries.
Though it is certainly well known that our two countries have had a strained history and have, in the past, failed to maintain normal bonds of intergovernmental relations, despite multiple rapprochement attempts, it is our sincere desire to try to establish normalised relations with the new Empress of Justosia. After all, our own country is also seeing the end of an old reign and the beginning of a new.
If you would be so inclined, we would recommend the preliminary dispatch of standing delegations at our respective capitals from each other's government, so as to facilitate normalisation talks. Short of being actual embassies until our relations our fully normalised, such missions would allow us to negotiate full normal relations. As a sign of good will, we would be willing to lift all of our extraordinary sanctions against Justosia.
