Should Kyiv agree, I'll make it so! If Kyiv does not agree, then we can begin the inactivity clock. I probably need to do a comprehensive inactivity update, but I sort of like these more informal mechanisms.

My goal is to have the map done before the 24th... but I cannot make any promises, mostly because the holiday season is quite busy with family wanting to do things. If I fail to make the 24th soft deadline, I'll likely opt for an early January update, perhaps immediately after New Year.
Please ignore the previous map request. I will like to keep Saba's spot, but have it renamed as Cyrene, with the following city changes:

Location: I wish to take over Pelasgia's old mapspot (minus the westernmost islands currently held by @Caria ) and including the Isphilistines EF Mandate to keep continuity with the EF Mandate vote thingy. It’d be great also to keep the country color of Isphilistines as well. See below:

FYI Central Himyar is an NPC, not an active nation, but you can claim as much of it as you want. I'd set it up for an RP that's long dead when I was RPing as Pelasgia.
Please rename Oesgalia to Nieveland. Capital is Caitekurke with the star, other cities are regional caps that do not need to be mapped.

BEFORE I POST THE UPDATE!
There is a slight potential conflict of interest here that I have been made aware of. The Details (TBA) never came, but I know Xen was consumed by work place drama and has a plan to return this January or February with this TBA in mind depending on his work-life situation. So I want to make sure you guys can potentially speak to each other on the issue and get your borders figured out now before I anger either Lars or Xen because I don't know how much either of you have committed yet.
So @Tianlong and @Touzen if you two could potentially speak in this thread about common borders that would be helpful rather than having drama occur when I surprise LOL drop the map and something looks wrong. I suspect there might be some overlap but nothing you guys can't work out I think. Since you are both Republics as well, I think it should be simple to coordinate history, but I don't need that done in this thread. :3
I just need to know where to draw the line between you two that you are both happy with. MSPaint or whatever works.

I didn't know there was a claim from Xen, one that even dates back to October. The only solution is to postpone my presence on the map until Xen contacts me and we agree on it. I advise you to publish the map without Tianlong, I wait for the news from Xen, to see what his claim and the area he is interested in.
