To the respective governments of Sylvania, Beautancus, Monkecia, and Auraria:

First off, thank you for taking the time to read this message. Before I jump into the matter at hand, I would like to officially introduce you to the Democratic Republic of Central Centralia, formed after the 1927 Civil War and has successfully emerged as a stable democracy. Being the new kid on the block, our government does not know of the history between nations in the Occidentia region. We have, however, noticed that nations in this region seem to respect each other and we congratulate you four nations for making this region one of the most stable and prosperous in the world.

Therefore, we would like to host an Occidentia-wide diplomatic meeting in Pora, Central Centralia beginning next Monday, 7th of April to strengthen ties between the big five nations of Occidentia. This meeting is not only for the improvement of ties between Central Centralia and the invited nations; but rather a strengthening of bonds in the entire Occidentia region.

Topics planned for this meeting include stability in the region, free trade, and greater cooperation/involvement between nations of the Occidentia region. Your diplomats may, of course, present their own topics at this meeting.

Air Centralia will provide transportation for your diplomats to our country. Brand new Boeing 377 Stratocruisers equipped with luxury seating and beds as well as full bathrooms have been prepared for their trip. In addition, we will cover all costs for lodging and meals at the Costa de Diamante Resort in Pora, where the meeting will be held.

The Central Centralian government today has been taken rather by surprise to see that none of Occidentia's governments has sent delegates nor responded to an invitation to a region-wide diplomatic meeting in our nation. The talks that were scheduled to be held today were cancelled to the disappointment of Central Centralia's government due to unsaid reasons by the invited nations, and this has caused surprise and a hint of paranoia within the government, as President Calovva Telnizki said in a press conference today in a rather worried tone, "I wonder if we are doing something wrong here...I hope it's not that the other nations do not like us.. ?"

However, others in Central Centralia have provided a much more plausible reason for the lack of involvement of the invited nations, and it is that the nations are too involved in more serious, global issues such as ongoing conflicts on the other parts of the globe. Also, some argued that the Occidentia region didn't need this meeting because cordial relations in this region have long-since been assumed, as well as the smooth flow of trade between these nations.

Central Centralia's government did not express irritation at any of the invited governments, but held a somewhat surprised and paranoic stance that the other nations have simply refused to cooperate with Central Centralia due to its lack of presence and alliances in other parts of the world due to its strict observance of neutrality. Other more radicals say that these are signs of oppression towards the nation and the fact that the other Occidentia nations hate Central Centralia, but others responded with the fact that the other Occidentia nations have no reason to hate Central Centralia and may have a "Who cares?" stance towards our nation.

Nevertheless, Central Centralia will not turn this absence of nations into a bad thing, and may even step out of its virtual box for once and participate in world affairs. After all, it has seemed to create apathetic notions towards our nation.
