Upon review and analysis of the report submitted by Secretary Vavi in her meeting with the Furlan delegation in Grau, and the expressed attitudes with which Grau sees the member states of the ODS and the position of the Rurikgrad Pact generally, when also taking into account the recent coup in Crotobaltislavonia, in addition to the recent political upheaval in Grau, the Aurarine Republic therefore:

1) Will ABSTAIN from voting on a non-aggression pact with the Grand Duchy of Furlanìe until such a time that the Grand Duchy makes its stance on the Ivar-backed coup in Crotobaltislavonia. The Republic believes firmly that a non-aggression pact with the Grand Duchy is the right and proper step, however we cannot in any good conscious make a decision on that until the situation with Crotobaltislavonia is resolved. Further, the Republic would ask that the ODS as a whole abstain on this matter until such a time that the Grand Duchy makes its intentions known.

2) Will vote
NO on Furlan access to the ODS Market. For many of the same reasons above, while the Republic remains optimistic that reconciliation can be achieved, further integration of the Grand Duchy into the ODS Market while the stance on Crotobaltislavonia remains unresolved is to be considered inappropriate at this time.

I agree with the stance of Ambassador Galván that it is best to abstain from voting w.r.t. the non-aggression pact until we know more about the Friulian stance regarding the coup in Crotobaltislavonia, and ask our other colleagues to do the same. So herewith I abstain from voting as well.

I vote NO on Furlan access to the ODS market, for the same reasons as Ambassador Galván phrases.

"I do consider it needed to have an option open for reconsidering a non-aggression pact with Furlanie. Now is not a good moment, but there may come a good moment in the future."

We see no room for Furlania to keep its observer status in the ODS at this moment, given its cordial relationships with the Kadikistani Union. Therefore, we vote Aye on expelling the Grand Duchy of Furlanie from its observer position from the ODS.
