AS THE PROTECTORATE OF OCCITANIA establishes itself as a sovereign state in the community of nations, empowered by the provisions of the Basic Law of 2018, this Office has been established to initiate, engage, and develop the bilateral relations of the Protectorate of Occitania with the nation-states of the world.

The Office for Consular Relations would be much obliged if full diplomatic relations could be established between the nations of the world and the Protectorate.

The diplomatic credentials may be presented at Government House in the capital city of the Protectorate.

All nations are informed that this Office shall be receiving the credentials of a charges d'affaires.

THE OFFICE has accepted the credentials of the United Federative Republican Cooperatives of the Northern Realms and the Free Canton of Crotobaltoslavonia.

Premises shall be provided to the consular staff in the allotted enclave. However, owing to a limited supply of funding, we request that any consular staff is restricted to a core of 10 individuals.

At this time, the Office for Consular Relations is not in a position to dispatch a diplomatic team to foreign nations, however, the Office welcomes the commencement of bilateral relations between our nations. It is hoped that in the interim, good citizens from the nations recognizing the Protectorate may be allowed to be appointed as Honorary Consuls by this Office.

DIRECTIVE 341/2019​

The Executive Commission is pleased to announce to delivery of the following humanitarian assistance from the Government of the Republique Seraziniste de Serenierre:

• Medical supplies: The Health Bureau has received 10 million goldmarks worth of pharmaceutical and other essential medical supplies. Additionally, the City Hospital of Almezde and the Central Hospital of Lions have been granted a grant amounting 25 million goldmarks from the University of Villesen Alumni Association.
• Humanitarian assistance: The refugee camps in the Duchies of Espidiz, Viasinde, and Megadeia have been granted 5 million goldmarks worth of tents, 12 million goldmarks worth of prepared meals, and the Red Cross Society of Serenierre has dispatched a volunteer brigade of doctors for the camps.
• Food requirements: The Executive Commission shall be in receipt of agricultural produce from Crotobaltoslavonia. Potatoes, wheat, and corn to form bulk of supplies, assurances made by Villesen.

The NGO Manusdèi ha recently completed an investigation in the Protectorate of Occitania and expressed its concerns over the situation in the nation, but also applauded the important steps achieved.
Manusdèi, as well as the Friulian people and, we are sure, the international community, have valued the local authorities' support and their honesty during the investigations.

We write this to ask once again for an investigation that, this time, will monitor the events following the new immigration policy of the Protectorate. The investigation will primarily focus on the previously expressed concerns over the cultural deterioration of the West Occitanian society, and monitor closely the impact of immigrants on the populace.

Manusdèi assures fairness in its analysis, and collaboration with the authorities.
