I'm still here but I haven't really been involved too much, need to actually get more involved on the forums but I don't know where to really this

I know this is not the place to make posts about this, but I must. [MENTION=2063]Aegada[/MENTION] a good way to start is commenting on other people's news with your foreign ministry or however it's called. This sort of thing allows you to clarify the stance of your nation on various subjects, but it will also more often than not cause friction with those who don't agree with you. And the latter can then lead to more substantial rp.

Technically it is already claimed by Calidia, so I think you are fine? I think once you get your name change people would know who and where your country is.

Still it would be good to be able to find Calidia on the map. I'm willing to sacrifise the mentioning of Rurikgrad if that is necessary for the name to fit on the map.

Well Calidia is still very relevant in the RP for me and my eventual goal is for it to become Lauenburgish again so. Plus it isn't owned by Kadikistan. It is a joint RP of Kadikistan and me.

Since the map reflects IC stuff, Calidina should be shown as a independent client-state of Kadikistan since it won its independence and Lauenburg did sign a treaty recognizing it.

You can always invade to get it back.

Hey, so I would like to apply for the spot currently occupied by Zamantis, which I'm given to understand is no longer active. I was hoping to take up only part of the plot, as my nation is not intended to be especially huge. Here is a map of the area I would like to occupy (highlighted in gold):

The name of the country is Zanj. The arrows represent a few settlements: the red arrow points to Alus'a, the pink arrow points to Alhijara (the capital), the green arrow points to Abu Jibal, the yellow arrow points to Dar as-Salam.

If you'd rather not break up the plot, I'll happily take the entire area instead.

Lauenberg actually offered the nation to me a few hours ago. While I am unsure how to really respond to his offer, I think it is something we can discuss tomorrow. I should note that I did send a message back to Lauenberg asking if he wants to keep his nation, however, so there is a lot of room for change.

I'm sure it would be but it's up to whether BrandbenburgBerlin decides to keep Lauenburg with the colonies, just keep the mainland or use the map spot for something of their own.

Seeing as it was simply Laurenburg allowing Pelasgia to station troops at a base there to combat the SWR and not the permanent transfer of land from laurenburg to pelasgia, I will say no the base gets greened along with Laurenburg. If you want a base there you will have to re-rp getting the land and build the base.

To make this simple. Since venia is abandoning Lauenburg it should be greened, colony and all. full control of Calidia goes to Kadiki and it will be up to him to tweek the back history of it with whoever moves into Lauenburgs old spot. Anarion is free to move into Venia's old spot since no nation is there presently and him and kadiki can work on adapting calidia to the new situation.

Anarion is in no ways obligation to pick up where venia left off. New player, new nations, new start.
