Largely spitballing, but given I was considering something galician/spaniard of sorts, and was going to originally put it in a chunk of the the spot south of serenierre and north of Andaluz, but there's at least 2 other players that probably inhabit that area (Mendiak and Borovanger); what's the likelihood you guys think it'd make sense for spaniards/psuedo-spaniards to exist in the spot across the channel from Engellex, northwest of Serenierre, and west/southwest of Bourgogne? I'm not sure how viable it is, but having an approximate idea of where my nation would go will help me figure out the specifics I need to know when it comes to role playing it. And I have no idea as it stands how much of the peninsula south of Serenierre/west of Aegeda, is going to be left after Mendiak and Borovanger are concerned.

That's an old meme in Europe Game, and I'm not that having to split a huge map spot would cause you guys to have ethnic tensions, given the presence of Basques and presumably Hispanics (Given your having nobles with names like Ortega, and provinces with names that also call to a certain inquisition and masquerade as well as the Dresden Files); that presence is probably what makes your nation 'different' from the other french territories in the game, and was the largest root of it being separate from them. The biggest ??? is the fact you never asked for a map spot so your exact location was confusing, especially with the fact Mendaik never said how much of the spot he wanted either.

A hypothetical galician/generi Iberian country that I was going to put in southern gallia but that region is currently a hot commodity and exact territorial claims by [MENTION=1149]Mendiak[/MENTION] and [MENTION=2082]Toddy01[/MENTION] havent been made clear other than in that area given that is the most logical area for Toddys Borovanger and Mendial said he wanted his basques there but didnt post an actual claim area picture in his claim. It was in reply to something I ppsted and quoted my post.

I am sorry to have caused any confusion in claiming a map spot i would be more then happy to simply have the top half of the region(peninsular?) in question which would leave room for other basque/iberian nations. also i'm glad someone is as a big vtm nerd like me

Ah, well with the way you worded it in your claim, I was thinking you meant a -lot- more than that. It might be useful for you to post that in your claim post, for ease for Engellex.

Capital: CarrickAodh, which should be on the coast, likely the south-western peninsula on the main continental mass.
Pertinent Threads/Wiki: Working on it. I have 45% of a fact book figured out. Just trying to figure out the best climate I could swing for in such a spot, even with the an Iceland warming type ocean stream; so not totally sure on -all- of it yet.
