To protect the fairness of our game, please make all requests for alteration to the map publicly. The Mapmaker will not make changes based on IRC, PM, Skype or any other private or offsite conversations. The Mapmaker cannot and will not accept requests forwarded anywhere other than official public map threads.
COLONIES & CUSTOM ALTERATIONS
All applications to expand one’s map spot, either territorial annexation or colonial establishments, need to support them through this application process. For colonial applications a link to the thread/s that establish the background and general out-of-character effort of the colony also need to be submitted. If the alteration affects other nations/players, for example shared borders or abrupt proximity, then you must open a discussion or somehow get expressed approval for the map alteration from the affected player(s).

INACTIVITY & DISCLAIMER
Role-play activity will prevent deletion from the map, 60 days being the minimum for this map, though an announcement of departure in the Absence Thread will excuse a drop off of activity. The Mapmaker & Administration can remove, edit, add, or deny changes to the map based on existing rules or past lessons learned - clarification on the reasoning of these exceptional decisions can and will be given upon reasonable inquiry.
