I already have my personal map ... but I would like to have a place on the world map with the same shape as my map that appears below.
The eastern part of my map bordering the sea.
My capital is: Reisburgo

Custom map spots are not a done thing, with exception to wider updates. Feel free to draw out a spot from the empty landmass on the current map. Having an idea as to culture and possible history is always a great pointer as to where you'd best fit on the map.

I’d very much prefer if Gedeland returned, but he also occupied my old map spot that I’m still quite attached to. Would it be possible to reserve a move to that spot if Gedeland doesn’t return by say... September or something?

A bit of the history of my country
It has become independent from the kingdom of Eagleland .. after the war of independence .. the national day is 11 July
The official languages of the country are Spanish and English
Old Fridonian will be consecrated a national language

* Native Pacific Islander: 1%

Religion :
Fridonia residents, since the colonial era had historically been overwhelmingly Protestant, first Anglican, then Baptist and Methodist. By the late 19th century, the largest Protestant denomination was the Baptist.


I would like to have the capital as marked on the map

the piece of map just below Tephanon would be the most suitable .. with the border to the north with that country.

Likewise to Coro's statement, but if the return doesn't happen any chance I can get Warre's mainland holdings expanded to include those islands off the coast of Geotei which were once apart of Gedeland's claim?

Also, Fridonia, why exactly is you dream custom map just... the US state of North Carolina? One of our players might take issue with that. XD

I don't think there's a problem with having a state map of North Carolina
this makes it easier for me to handle my factbook

You can always base the stats and assume it is about the same size, regardless, but given 2 of our players are from North Carolina you mighr upset them if you open up that can of worms but "do it wrong".

Honestly I think the easiest way would be to get a spot and mirror major landmarks like the Outer Banks and the Appalachian Mountains, just make sure it matches your neighbors geography. @Fridonia

Agreed. Especially if you are using it primarily as a base for pop statistics (which barely even matter here) to fit culturally and geographically, maybe that spot north of Loago and the Peninsular Republic?

But my country It borders to the Meditteranean Sea to the east.

I have consulted with Warre about the culture and position of Al-Kez and how it doesn't quite fit in with the other cultures and nations in the region given that It is more Western Saharan than mesoamerican or african so I would like it to be moved to the eastern part of Himyar possibly in the space current used by the Free State.

It would be preferable to alter the culture to better fit the existing location, I don't feel moving the colony is an option.

There are ways in which you can incorporate you desired setting, and have it not be sore to that of your neighbours. Warre can help with that.

Al-Kez cannot be moved, it would not be fair to RP that has already taken place, and continuing to evolve, as a consequence of it existing, as is, where it is.

I am also not convinced on opening a second colony during this present situation. My reasoning for that rests on my lack of confidence that the IC set-up and development, with its politics and economy, of Al-Kez will not simply be uprooted and transferred, in an OOC manner, should the status and position of the colony alter in any way that was not fitting to the IC arrangement between Borovanger and Serenierre.

It should not be difficult to incorporate differing and established ideas in to Al-Kez, it is a colony, and colonies by the nature of their establishment do incorporate different ideas and systems than would otherwise be present without imperial intervention.
