EDIT: @Engellex , I'm currently working on my map (in the hope to get it as beautiful as Lars does), but that is quite a task. I would like to ask you not to change the forms of my islands again; otherwise I have to make a new map for myself as well

Hello. If I understand correctly, Hymiar is analogous to Africa and the Middle East, correct? Would it be appropriate to have an arab-like country in that continent?

This claim is slightly problematic in that I've already claimed that area for my colony, which I've RPed to some degree so far, and so has @Serenierre for his second nation, which has also been RPed. There definitely is room for Arabs in Himyar though. Might I recommended the area west or east of me (Pelasgia) as a more canonically-appropriate region based on current ethnic clustering?

Well, that's a shame. I guess I'll have to rethink my claim and ethnic makeup.

Sorry, but I'm particular about the land plots I claim, and for the concept I had thought of that was the best place, but I can just think of somewhere else where I think it'd still be fitting while making some adjustments.

If you're looking for an Arab style nation (we call them Urodoah in our world after an old nation) then somewhere to the west or south west of Pelasgia might make sense

If you're going down to the Muslim route too would be good to work out some common history as I am also an Islamic majority country

I'd agree in principle, but I think it's early enough that a claim can be changed. Personally, I've put a lot of effort into my colony and I have a lot of RP planned for the future too, so it'd be a shame to see that all go to waste.

That would be my mapspot, actually. I think the next update for the map is due soon, so there is currently a few places not yet on the map but already taken. Sorry we are making it so hard on you to find a mapspot. Hope you don't get frustrated by that.

There is plenty of free land south of Tapenaga, though, that would seem perfect for such a nation and I would definitely look forward to having a new neighbour in my region.

I don't think it should be a problem to change the coastline there so you get islands.
