We each agreed last night that a plane would be shot down over Bolghar, near the city. I put in my end of things, some time today he will contribute his - unless he is too busy to. Either way, your concern was in the spirit of fairness, and I appreciate that.
An OOC thread posted by one of the parties involved may have been ideal, but aww hell...Thank you for this too, I appreciate this as well.
EDIT: If you'd like to discuss the story Volga and I will be mulling over this week, throw me an IM or PM, we are planning the turn of events together for the sake of a better RP. Besides, it's kinda weird to create a thread with a single question directed at a single person who is readily available. :O

I plan to drop some non-combative RP in the thread tonight or tomorrow - as far as domestic discussion back in Zivotinje, and perhaps an approved message sent directly to the higher-ups in Volga, with demands that they will MOST LIKELY turn down.
